From Serenity, you can explore Utah's beautiful national parks, including Zion, Bryce and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. You can also tour and volunteer at Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, just minutes from town.

Great Location

Serenity is a great place to stay in Kanab. It is within walking distance of downtown and an easy drive to a lot of different places to explore. The beds are extremely comfortable too.

Lovely stay in town

This house was great and met all our needs for our stay in Kanab. The yard is fully fenced and was great for hosting dogs from Best Friends for sleepovers. The house is located right in town and was walkable to many restaurants and stores and a very short drive to anything else you'd need in town. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Family National Parks Trip

7 adults had a very comfortable stay with plenty of room for family meals and time together. All 4 bedrooms had comfortable beds and easy access to the bathrooms. Great home base for Zion and Bryce Canyon. Great hikes near Kanab, too.

Large family weekend trip

We had 6 adults and a 4 year old, stayed for 2 nights, and were super comfortable the entire time. The house had great amenities and the yard was gorgeous, it was lovely to hang out on the patio. Check in and out was a breeze and the location is great - literally minutes to everything in Kanab.

Other than the very annoying barking dogs immediately outside the kitchen door, this place is fabulous. Great back yard, functional kitchen, great bed/bath options. Highly recommend!

Great house!!

This house was amazing! Plenty of room for kids and dogs. We spent a lot of time outside on the porch and in the yard. The location was great, close enough to walk to the shops and restaurants. The owner has great communication as well and was very easy to get ahold of. We will be staying here on our next trip!!

We absolutely love this house! It is perfect for our needs and the back yard is the best for sleepover dogs from Best Friends Animal Sanctuary! It never disappoints. Ginger is great to deal with and very accommodating! This is definitely our go-to-house!

Beautiful home!

Ginger's property was wonderful! King sized bed was firm + uber comfy. Our dog loved the large fenced in back yard. Ginger was fantastic when we had a problem + her management company was top notch. We highly recommend her home and can't wait to return!

Lovely property!!

We loved staying at this property...everything was very clean (I'm kinda picky about that part!), the bed was comfortable, the backyard was amazing for our puppy to run around, the deck was our go-to spot for the sunrise and the evenings. All of the National Parks are a fabulous ride and very accessible. The property owners & manager were most responsive when we had an issue. We strongly recommend this property!

Love this house

I have rented this house every time I stay in Kanab. It has an open concept for the living area, a beautiful deck in the backyard. A large backyard. We all love to cook, and it has everything we need to prepare meals including a barbecue propane grill in the back yard. The beds are very comfortable.

Great home, great location and very comfy

We chose this home because it’s proximity to the North Rim, Zion and Bryce. It was very comfortable for our 3 generation family. We had an issue with the plumbing late at night and the hosts were very responsive and had someone out to fix it asap. The hosts left a nice binder of suggestions to do in the area and we enjoyed putting a puzzle together on a rainy afternoon. We would stay there again.

Perfect for the ATV Jamboree

Home was in the ideal location. We were able to walk uptown for dinner and also had quick access to the Kanab Center, which is were we needed to meet each morning for our 3 day riding adventure during the Kanab ATV Jamboree. Parking was perfect for trucks pulling trailers. We enjoyed the front patio and back patio and even played a little bocce ball in the backyard, which we brought with us.

Perfect for our family as advertised

Our 4 kids agreed it was their favorite stay on our cross country trip. The back yard is perfect for kids to blow off some steam. We grilled out and enjoyed the deck. I was able to do my family’s laundry and we had 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms for our large family. Dining table also big enough for us, and the living room has comfortable furniture for catching up on our teams on TV. We walked to a great hiking spot near the community pool. The home is remodeled from maybe 1960-ish so the kitchen is a little small but new appliances and we cooked for our big family no problem. We would definitely stay there again. Very responsive host.

Great house

Beautiful house and beds are super cozy. An issue arose that needs attention. The house is advertised has having a secure yard for dogs; however the gate by the dumpsters doesn’t close properly and our small dog was able to get out. Otherwise everything was perfect. Couldn’t ask for a better location.

We became enchanted with Kanab on our first visit in 2011, and have returned with our family at least twice a year since then. We love working at the Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, hiking on the local trails and we enjoy the friendliness of the small town.

Why they chose this property

Serenity is centrally located in downtown Kanab, with wonderful restaurants and shops just a few blocks away. It's also just steps away from hiking trails, and Jacob Hamblin Park with year round tennis and pickleball, sports courts, volleyball court and playground, and the summer season Kanab City Pool.

What makes this property unique

This beautiful ranch-style home located three blocks from downtown has all the character of a solidly built older home, with the comfort and convenience of a new remodel. The house features hardwood floors, with travertine tile floors in the kitchen and bathrooms. The main living part of the house is an open floor plan, with the kitchen opening into the dining area and living room, and looking out onto views of the backyard and mountains. The completely remodeled kitchen has new stainless steel appliances, concrete counter tops and a breakfast bar. The shaded and spacious fenced back yard with a deck is perfect for entertaining, playing or hosting your pets or sleepover animals from Best Friends. The town pool and a beautiful park are just two blocks away for summer enjoyment, and several local trail heads are within 1/4 to 1/2 mile away for walking, hiking or running.
