The Heritage House is a completely restored 6000 sq ft house that has been divided into 3 two bedroom. Each apartment is designed to sleep 6 people. All of the apartments connect onto a central 3 story atrium so the house works well for larger groups. Each apartment also has a private outside entrance. There is a large community room in the house which provides a great place for everyone to gather for meals or movie night or just to celebrate being together.

Very nice property for our group of 12 celebrating a birthday over Labor Day weekend. Everything was great. John, the host was accommodating. My only other comment is that the wifi signal strength in the house could be a bit stronger. We would definitely recommend the place.

We loved the large common areas and comfortable furniture. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were quiet. There are several semi separate living spaces so multiple families were able to have private spaces while socializing in a larger group was still easy. Walkable to ice cream and beach and park. This house is funtastic! The layout gave our 3-generation family of 11 plenty of room to spread out and relax privately while also offering several beautiful spaces to gather as a family. The nearby Blue Heaven Ice Cream store was a huge hit!

Perfect for large Group

We enjoyed our stay. The space was perfect for our long weekend ladies retreat. Having the separate kitchens and the central gathering room made for a great time for meals and group activities.

Annual family vacation

Lots of space near the lake

We loved Heritage House for our family gathering. Thirteen of us were able to be together and yet have separate space. The house is well equipped, and the location was perfect for our 4th of July weekend stay. The hosts were responsive and very helpful. This was a great place for us.

Perfect for a multigenerational family gathering.

Heritage House was the perfect place for our family gathering, quirky yet functional. Each family group had it's own apartment yet we had a central place for all to gather. The treehouse was especially fun for the children! We were only there for 2 nights for a family wedding ann needed a longer stay to take full advantage of all the spaces and amenities Heritage House had to offer.

Perfect for our family reunion.

The Heritage House is as advertised. The separate apartments allowed each of family units to be in their own space. The location is walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Yet it is quite. John is responsive and very accommodating.

Perfect

This place was perfect for my bachelorette party! It had 4 different kitchens to help us prepare food and we even had a little party room! Enough space for everyone to have a bed and sleep comfortably. 10/10 would go again if I needed a lot of space!

Happiness

Loved the deck so much. We were outside every day. Large home enough space to get away if you needed to and still have meals together. We needed more beach passes but love the neighborhood and beach and restaurants were great. Coming back‼️
