What a great place for a family vacation. The condo was just as advertised. Clean and in a great location. Walking distance to the beach and quite a few places to eat as well. The view from the deck of the morning sunrise was amazing start to the day. Our family of five throughly enjoyed our stay with one of the kids asking when are we coming back. If you’re thinking of visiting. Clearwater Beach and need a place to stay this is one I wouldn’t pass up!

The place was clean. we did contact the host to see if we could drop our bags prior to the 4pm check in time (not an option) but the response was very quick and we also had missed the email for check in process but when we asked they not only gave us good direction to find previous email but promptly sent another as well. The balcony was a great view, we were able to watch him some fish swim, had dolphins of in and play, and watched a lot of birds catch fish. Parking seemed straight forward and easy to access but we didnt have a car. The place was overall wonderful!

We enjoyed our stay! It was very spacious and the view was pretty! We had a bit trouble checking in, as they had the wrong email address so we never received our check in process. The sliding doors to balcony do not lock, unless there was a trick to it that we didnt figure out. The light went out in master shower and they promptly came to fix it. Everything was nice and clean, except the mattresess themselves we noticed when removing our linens that the mattresses were all stained. Other than that, we enjoyed our time and the short walk to beach! Thanks for hosting us!

Overall it was a great stay. We did have issues the first night finding pet hair in all of the beds, and missing bedding which was upsetting for the price we payed in my opinion. We stay in this complex every year and this was the first year with an issue. The host had new sheets brought by the next day. Other than that, no complaints.

So nice to have water views of the bay. We saw Dolphins almost every day from porch. Location was perfect… so close to all the restaurants and bars and beach. Had a lot of fun! The condo was very nice and had everything you needed. We will be back!

Great stay!

We loved the location! Especially with small children it was nice to be able to walk to the beach, the pier, restaurants, ice cream shop, etc. We even saw 4 dolphins off our balcony one morning! It was a very beautiful view! The property itself is secure, relaxing, and quiet. A nice plus was the beach chairs, umbrella, and some beach toys! It would have been nice to have a beach cart though. And a rolling cooler that wasn’t broken. The bedding could be updated as some didn’t have a fitted sheet, there were stains on some, and a hole in one, but overall everything was in good condition. The ceiling fans could use some more attention as there was a layer so thick I dusted it before turning it on. I was worried about our fridge even though I could tell it was brand new, but I texted the number given to me in our check in email and they reached out right away. My husband was able to easily fix the issue though. Would definitely stay here again!

Always a pleasure staying at Harborview Grande. Great location, secure building and quiet. Watching dolphins and manatees daily along with the beautiful sunrises makes this a perfect getaway.

Great spacious condo, quick walk to bars restaurants and beach

This place worked out perfectly for my family- lots of space and so easy to get to all the restaurants we wanted to go to, beach was right down the block as well. Can’t wait to stay here again.

Great place to stay

We enjoyed out stay at this location and so did our pups. Very roomy. Great amenities, great view and location. If we come back to clear water this would be a place we would like to rent again.
