It is a beautiful property with a serene rustic home right on the beach - Playa Bandera. Ten minute drive to the quaint town of Parrita and just 30 minutes drive to Quepos (Manuel Antonio) or Jaco!

Enjoy the serenity, mature palms, and fauna while listening to breaking waves of the ocean.

You get the benefit of serene ocean front living, low traffic, privacy, and high pleasure. There are monkeys in the trees, parrots in the morning, and lots of beautiful Costa Rican nature right outside your door.

Walk the beach, or just sit back and enjoy visits from monkeys, scarlet macaws, and sloths.
