Welcome to our 3 bedroom 2 full bath Home on the James River In Botetourt County. This is the property for you if you are looking for a relaxing vacation on the James River. Great for week-long or extended family vacations, weekend getaways, family reunions or work/church retreats. The springwood area is one of the most popular spots on the James River , very popular for fishing, kayaking, and canoeing. Our property is on the Upper James River Water trail. ( highly recommend a google search for more information on the water trail). The property is only minutes from Natural bridge. The property includes a large wrap around deck for relaxing, sun bathing and watching the river. The property includes large outside area great for relaxing, sunbathing. The home also has grilling supplies , a large fire pit, stereo, and TV- WIFI included! . The property includes over 100 ft of river frontage for fishing. Great spot in the fall for relaxation or base camp for hunting, National forest located close by. Only a 30 minute drive to Roanoke. Want to sit by the fire and relax ?
