We rent by the week, SUNDAY to SUNDAY.
1-bedroom condo with queen! TV in Bedroom which plays DVD and Amazon Prime, Netfix! TV in Living Room. Sleeps 2 people only. Coverlet changed after each guest. Pool, short 12 minute walk to beach!! Trolley Stop in front of Condo. Located on Route 1 at the Ocean Towers Condominium Complex. Linens, bath towels, all the comforts of home. Beach chairs and two beach towels!
You do not need to drive around in this busy resort town! The condo is on the lower level. Free parking! Coin operated Laundry on Site! Easy way to keep up on laundry! I clean the condo myself after each guest, NO cleaning fee!! Can't beat that! Stay cool with 2 air conditioners on those hot summer nights!

We have been renting since 2004.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and very convenient to everything Ogunquit has to offer. Rich was extremely accommodating and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Charming with a great location!

The property was very clean, comfortable and decorated very tastefully. Definitely felt like home away from home. Great location with short walks to breakfast, lunch and dinner (and ice cream 😃)

Maine vacation stay

This was a wonderful place to stay. The location was just what I was looking for-I could go north and explore or venture south into New Hampshire. I will definitely stay here again. The amenities were perfect and Rich was a fabulous host. I highly recommend staying here.

Awesome place to stay !

We loved staying there ! A ! Immaculate with everything you need and more for a wonderful vacation ! Walk to the beach, plenty of restaurants and downtown Ogunquit so close ! Richard made it very comfortable and all the special things he added ! Pool was so nice after a day at the beach too! Great place to stay!

Relaxing Getaway

The condo is very well arranged with all you need for a relaxing home away from home. It’s an easy walk to Ogunquit center, Ogunquit Beach, and the Marginal Way on nice sidewalks. With plenty of restaurants to pick from.

Fall get away

A spring Interlude

Perfection!The property was exactly as advertised. It’s the kind of property that I would love to take with me wherever I travel, and Ogunquit is the perfect seaside town!

Great Experience

This was a super vacation stay Everything was perfect, the condo had everything one could ask for. Richard made us feel welcome with some lovely treats. The location was super for us to visit other areas as well as Ogunquit. Hope to repeat our stay in the future

Great little getaway

Fresh, clean, stocked with anything you need. Close to town, but not too close. Quick commute by trolley or golf cart will get you anywhere nearby. Lots of eating and drinking options. Gorgeous beaches and shoreline. Thanks for a fun stay.
