This is a sleek, newly renovated condo located in the heart of downtown Nantucket. Located on the second and third floors of 23 Federal Street, the condo offers three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. If you want to be in the center of it all and close to the fabulous restaurants of Nantucket, this is the perfect property!

First Floor:
You enter the property via stairs leading to the lower level of the condo on the second floor of the building. The first floor has an open kitchen and living area, a brand new washer & dryer and full bathroom. There is one bedroom with a queen day bed and a twin trundle. The kitchen is ultra modern and the open space makes for a great area for entertaining.


Second Floor:
There are two bedrooms located on the second floor of the condo, each with an en-suite bathroom. One room offers a king bed and the other two twin beds.

Great in town location. Pristine renovated condo

Easy walk from the docks to the property. The condo is pristine. Immaculately clean, well set up and modernly renovated. Perfect for our family of 2 adult parents and 3 adult daughters. You do need to be able to negotiate stairs and not require perfect quiet. Would love to stay here on future visits to the Island.

Great Stay in Nantucket!

House is very clean and in great central location to walk to everything. It was perfect for our family of 6. We had a couple of glitches with TV and AC but house manager and owner addressed immediately and could not have been more responsive. There is some street noise at night but we understand that’s the trade off to being so close to all the stores and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this VRBO and visiting beautiful Nantucket!

This place is AMAZING!! Location is perfect, right in downtown to shops, restaurants and groceries and easy walking distance to the ferry and beach. Like others have said, it is a little loud at night but that’s the price you pay for being so close to everything. Place was immaculate, beautifully decorated with nice linens and the central AC was a blessing. Host was clear in communications. Hope to book again soon!

Amazing Property & Location

We stayed in this beautiful modern apartment for 5 nights and absolutely loved it. We had 4 adults, our 8-month old, and our 3-year old. The location is perfect as it’s on a quiet street that’s near the center of town and the ferry and close to so many restaurants. It’s also close to both Wave bus stops in town which makes it easy to explore the rest of the island. We appreciated the pack and play as it was easy to stay with our baby. And the apartment was very modern and clean. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Amazing Location

Property was wonderful. Bright, clean, modern, and comfortable. The location was absolutely perfect. A block or two to all the best restaurants and shopping. Super close to the ferry and bike rentals. Great for strolls in the historic area. The view of the harbor from the master was an awesome bonus. Third bedroom is a sofa bed. But there are three full baths. Would absolutely stay again!

Another Great Stay

My family has been staying at this property for a few years now and we always have a lovely time. The host has continued to be wonderful throughout the years and is always very clear and available if needed. The house is always clean and tidy. It's perfect for our family or 3 couples as each bedroom space has its own bathroom. They continue to make upgrades to the property to enhance the stay. This year had the biggest changes and it was very nicely done.

The ideal location in the heart of the town. Beautifully renovated property, with attention to detail and care for the little things. high end bedding and linens, and kitchen appliances, etc. Exceptionally well done. A few minor concerns - could do without the noise from basement pilates studio in the morning (and we rise early) and they need to upgrade the laundry machines (run time cycles are insanely long). that said, we go back annually because the place is great!!!

This was our second year staying here and it doesn't disappoint! Very clean and updated. Central location to the ferry, restaurants, and downtown area. Separate bathrooms for each room too! Dana is very quick to respond and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back soon!

Gorgeous, clean, and right down town!

This place was great! Spacious, clean, and a perfect get away for 1-2 families or a group of girlfriends. The kitchen was well stocked with the basic dishes (and a cute little dishwasher), a huge fridge and great lounging area. The rooms were spacious and each bathroom (3!) was great. There is an exercise studio under the apartment so you can definitely hear some pump up music throughout the day, but we are early risers and didn’t mind. The soundproofing on the windows to drown out down town sounds was good, but you are still right next to some restaurants with patios/bars, so it’s not silent at night like the countryside, if that’s what anyone is looking for. We loved the location, right next to all the shops, restaurants, and close to the bus stops to explore the outer parts of the island. We will definitely be returning!

Excellent location and great condo

Stayed with a friend and our teen daughters. The location could not have been better and the condo was well laid out with modern appliances and a fresh clean look. The only downside is that it can be noisy at night with the adjacent restaurant and bar and then in the mornings with garbage and recycling pick up. For a short stay though, this a prime property and the property manager was very responsive and accomodating.
