Minutes from lakes, trails, golf courses, mountain biking, and road biking, river rafting and tubing, zip lines, and train rides. Ideal for skiers, only 20 minutes to Park City and 15 minutes from Deer Valley's back mountain lift. Supermarkets and restaurants are just 2 miles away in Heber City. - also RV hookups.

Miscellaneous Policies:
Swimming pool:
Pool is open from Memorial Weekend to Labor Day weekend and included in the price. We don't provide pool towels, only bath towels. Depending on the weather, (especially the night temperatures) we can open the pool during the month of May and September for $150/day. Check with the owners if you are interested in the pool those two months. If you rent the pool during May and September, you will need to rent it for your entire stay, not just part of your rental period. The pool is NOT available Oct through April.

We require a minimum four night rental for Thanksgiving and a minimum five night rental for Christmas and New Years.

If you have more than 44 guests, you will be charged $10 per person per night.

We had a wonderful stay at Lindsey house! So many fun things to do there and so well stocked. Our group of 53 had plenty of space! I would recommend this home to anyone.

Reunion site on Lake Creek Road

Good location and size. The cabin is getting older, needing some upgrades, paint and repairs. Piano is in a bedroom so not available. Large kitchen and gathering areas were great with TV/audio access.

Family Reunion

We all had a great time. There were so many things to do and play. The Pickleball was the most popular game played. It was a grand place for my 80th Birthday.

Perfect for Family Reunion!

Our family had a wonderful experience! There was plenty of space, even for our group of 30 or so, and everything was clean and ready for our arrival. Communication and logistics were all smooth and easy from start to finish. It is an absolutely beautiful location, with incredible views of the mountains and easy access to Park City. We would love to visit again!

VRBO Rental

We used the facility for a quilt retreat and loved that there was the big room downstairs to set up sewing stations and also use some of the room upstairs for sewing stations. It was super nice to have all of the kitchen/dining area large enough to accommodate all of us at meal times. We had a hard time getting the temperature regulated so it wasn't too hot or too cold but the rest was nice. The hot tub was great for those that wanted to use it. There is lots of parking area and that made it great since there were 23 of us staying there.

5 Days of Golf in Heber City, Utah

We have been going to Heber City for a Annual Golf Outing for 4 years. We've stayed at nice properties but now we have found our home. 12 guys all had there own room and all had plenty of space to also be away from the group to call family or return business calls without noise in background. Emily is wonderful and responds quickly. There is also a handyman 15 minutes away if there is issues. We already booked for 2025.

We had a great time!

Property has a wonderful view, located in a great spot. The fun things to do on the property are great for a large group. Volleyball, pickleball, hot tub, pool, games. The main issues were the cleanliness and the beds. Finding trash from previous guests, bathrooms were not thoroughly cleaned. The beds were not comfortable. Most of them sink in the middle. They said they got new mattresses but I think the issue was they need new box springs underneath or some better support. The amount of bathrooms compared to the amount of people does make it a little bit difficult. The house could use some updating, but we would stay again because of the amenities.

Mixed Feelings

This was our family's 5th biennial reunion. Being scattered across the country, we try to find a unique reunion site each year in a new location and upscale accomodations. The previous two VRBO's were outstanding in terms of location and property maintenance/condition. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we could not have a reunion this year. As it was too close to the reservation date, we were unable to cancel or receive a refund. The host was very kind and compassionate, but business is business. So two of our children and their families drove to UT so that it wouldn't be a complete $ loss. Expectations were high after our previous reunions, and this was the most expensive rental yet. It was little things. No tips on the pool sticks. (We bought & replaced.) End of pool table broken. Pickleball paddles broke; deck was not in good shape. The heater was on, with no directions available for appliances/utilities. The hot tub was great, but no notice of when the service would be done, so my family was surprised to find a tech there with no warning. The pool was refreshing, but again, little things. No lounge chairs to recline on. The chairs were upright and mismatched; pool noodles located in MBR closet. When I called the host, she was very kind. Took care of pool cues a day or two later. But some of the issues were listed in the review a year prior. Since, there were many favorable reviews, we were not prepared for the condition of the home. Host - 10 Rental Property - 4

We enjoyed our stay. We locked all of the doors but one side door when we left so you might want to have someone check on it. We put the pool cover key where we found it in the lock. We could not get the electric griddles to work good so that is something you might want to check out. The one on the bottom shelf would only work sometimes. The fridge was not very cold. We did not know we needed to bring paper towels. It was nice one roll was there. It would have been nice to know we needed to bring our own. Overall cleanliness was subpar, sticky floors and unclean bathrooms and we needed more toilet paper as well as shampoo in all the bathrooms (not just conditioner) some stains under the mattress pad, blood stain on the pillowcase, multiple outlets didn’t work they might want to check all of them. One light in the entryway is flickering and might need changing.

Check in was exactly 3:00. The cleaner was there and let us in. The kitchen is good size but neither refrigerator provided any ice so that had to be bought separately. The main refrigerator in the kitchen leaked several times while we were there and a maintenance man was sent to check it out. We ended up just putting a towel at the bottom of the fridge. Otherwise, it is stocked with pots and pans and other necessary utensils.Additionally, several of the twin beds had no sheets and only a top bedspread. A piano was advertised but is in one of the downstairs bedrooms so not really available.I believe an upgrade to one of the bathrooms on the main level is in order, including a new toilet and shower.Otherwise, we enjoyed the pool, hot tub and pickle ball court (be careful, though, of the crevasse around the court that could cause injury). It had the space for us to enjoy our time together and is a beautiful setting.

Our large family loved staying at this wonderful house in Heber! We had 27 people and there was plenty of room. The outdoor space really makes this place! We especially loved the pool, Pickleball court and outdoor seating. There were a few maintenance issues inside the house, but the owners responded and are eager to take care of them.

We had the house filled to capacity, with 48 guests staying overnight and a few extras joining us for day time activities. Plenty of space and kitchen laid out well. We had to share towels but other than that there was space to all be together and space to break off into quieter rooms. Well situated for easy access to trails and lakes where we spent lots of time.

Family Gathering

We were very happy with everything. The home is beautiful, well laid out, room for everyone. There was lots for everyone to do, and other activities not too far away. And shopping is close,( but not too close), for those forgotten items. We liked the fact it was so near to most of our families, it made working around varied schedules easy, We would stay again!

Weddding weekend

We had a fantastic time with family and friends for our daughter’s wedding. House was perfect for this and was very clean. Lots of towels, 2 sets of washer and dryers and everything in the kitchen that we needed.

Roomy House

The house had tons of space with lots of things to keep all the kids busy. We had a big group but never felt crowded. The bedrooms were good sized with comfortable beds. The theater room was a hit as well as the ping pong and pool table. The kitchen was fully stocked which was helpful and there were several cabinets to store our own food. The outside of the property seemed great but the snow made it tricky to utilize. The house is old and tired and could definitely use some TLC in a few places but it was clean. The owner was prompt with their communication and great to work with.
