Beautiful home packed with everything you need for your beach trip. Appreciate the abundance of beach toys, wagon, chairs, and towels! Everything was clean and accurately matched the description. I was unaware that the living space in this home was upstairs, so I had to be a little extra cautious with my young kids playing in the living room since it’s right at the top of them. Couldn’t quite see the beach from the top balcony but it was very overcast during our trip. A short walk across the street and we were looking right at it though, so can’t complain. While it isn’t at all the hosts fault, one of the neighboring houses had a group of extremely loud kids, so just something to keep in mind if you have young ones staying with an early bedtime or mid day nap. The shared pool is right outside the room with the bunkbeds, so it kept my kids up.Overall would stay here again

This is our second time staying in one of Irinia’s properties. We always enjoy it! It’s always clean, quit? And close to everything we want to do and places we like to eat. Definitely will be back!

3rd stay here

We love the location, although the walk to the beach can become cumbersome! Close proximity to Walmart and Winn Dixie, and some of the most popular restaurants. The beach access right across the road is not a busy one, we never had to search for a spot on the beach it was fairly open. If there is a problem with anything in the condo, the owner responds quickly. I like The proximity to the pool, u can walk out the balcony and look directly down into it.

Overall best vacation experience!

This was our first time ever using VRBO, first family vacation & our first time to Panama and we were so very pleased with everything about our rental! It had everything we needed and then some! So spacious, very clean, great location, the walk to the beach was only like 5 mins! We loved how that area of the beach was not crowded! We most definitely would love to rent it again in the future!

Holiday Beach

This is the 2nd property we have rented from Irina. She maintains and manages them well. We have good communication with her and she gives you a lot of helpful information about the area. It's a nice short walk to a pretty beach.

super spot.

This is by far the best supplied place we have rented in 20 years. Coffee, paper supplies in abundance, CLEANING SUPPLIES, laundry supplies! We brought our own because I have never experienced this. But what a surprise. The unit was clean, as pictured. The ceilings were very high on the second floor, also better than average on the first, making it feel very spacious. The beds were very comfortable. This is not ocean front, but the front view is right straight down Safari Street to the view of the water. Very relaxing month's stay. The parking is directly outside the master bedroom, unusual, but since we brought mostly clothes it was very convenient. This this close to our favorite restaurants and grocery stores. Pier Park is about a twenty minute drive, fun to visit, but too congested to stay near.There are lots of family attractions near this rental, as well as golf. We had only one problem, a very dead never to be revived cable remote, but Irina's husband went to the company and replaced it the next day. The pool is not heated, but was refurbished while we were there. Right out the back door, I think it would be wonderful in warmer months. I highly recommend this property.

Amazing Place

My girlfriend and I enjoyed our entire stay. The place was beautiful inside and out and it was a block from beach access 13. Irina the owner was absolutely the best to deal with and we will rent from her again! I would recommend this place to anyone.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean & had everything you might need. Just a short walk to the beach & a great BBQ place right next door. The pool could use some repairs in places but other than that our stay was great.

Beautiful beach house by the beach !!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beach home. The pool is literally in your backyard and the beach is across the street. This home was perfect for our stay and Irina was always checking in on us to see how everything was going. I highly recommend this home for your next vacation.

We loved it!

We had 2 adults, 2 teens and a toddler, and it met our needs perfectly! The condo was spacious, laid out very well, and was well stocked to meet all of our needs. Short and easy walk to the beach, and a short drive to shopping, restaurants, etc. Pool was closed for a few days due to an incident, but Irina was very responsive and communicated well to keep us informed. We would gladly recommend to anyone considering this rental and hope to stay here again in the future.

Second Year-Still in Love w/ House and Location!

This property is perfect for our group of 7 (2 Adults, 5 Kids-mostly teens). A short walk to the beach, a short drive to shopping and restaurants. Irina is so helpful and very easy to work with. Overall a great stay and we look forward to returning next year!
