Everything was as promised. Communication was quick, the pool was clean.

Excellent experience, both with the house and Veronica the property manager. We had a very relaxing and memorable family Christmas. There was even a Christmas tree in the garage for our use.

Last minute Booking

Gave several days notice that I wanted the pool heated because the site said it takes a day for the water to get warm. They didn’t turn on the heater until the day we got there and the water was cold day one. Oh, by the way, they charge 40 a day for heat! No condiments at all. Not even salt and pepper. Pool table pockets were torn, and every time you sunk one, it went bouncing across the floor.

Would stay again

House was very clean, exactly as advertised, and spacious enough for our party of 6. The house was well kept, but the resort facilities weren’t as nice. There was sand in the resort hot tub, the Tiki bar was always closed and there wasn’t much to do to entertain ourselves. But the property is close to nearby shopping and attractions so if you don’t intend to spend much time at the resort then you’ll be fine. Also, we paid for the house pool to be heated and we were told that it would be 85 degrees once heated. It was never heated though and the water was very cold. We were given a partial refund for pool heat, but that wasn’t sufficient considering the pool was a major draw for us. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Nicely appointed home away from home

Our reservations with another company got cancelled last minute and found this one in the same area. This property checked all the boxes for our needs. Good communication with the property management company and quick replies.
