Come and enjoy your stay at our lovely Rustic Charm. Unit features wooden vaulted ceiling, living area, a queen bed by the living area, full kitchen, dining table, shower, TV, deck balcony with a hot tub, Gas Stove (fireplace). Enjoy some bubbles by the Big Thompson River, you have full access to the river, however fishing license is needed. Free parking is available on the property. Unit is accessible. Wi-Fi is available however, in the canyon service is not the best.it may go in and out at times we have a studio that sleeps 2 behind the kozy kove cabin it can be added to your reservation for an additional fee message us for more details

Cute little cabin, very clean very relaxing next to the river hot tub was nice. It does take a full day to get to 104 but it was peaceful on the patio next to the river. I recommend for a weekend getaway.

Nice accommodations. The river behind the property was pretty. Queen bed was comfortable. The only thing we didn’t care for was the property was directly off a main road-traffic sounds all night. With that said, we’d book it again.

Was overall very satisfied with the property. The location was great. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is because of the hot tub. It took forever to heat up, so if you are wanting to use it in the evening, make sure you turn it on in the morning.

The hot tub is fine they are set at 100-104 all the time dont leave the lid open when not in use and make sure the temp is set accordingly

We loved our time spent at this cabin! Very clean, perfectly stocked for 2, and great fly fishing out back (on private property—so no one else was there). Couldn’t have asked for a better weekend getaway!

Clean place to stay close to Estes with nice view off deck. Only issue was it was hot that day and night didn’t cool off. No air conditioner and only 2 of the 3 floor fans provided worked. Would have been great stay if air conditioning was available.

Quiet, peaceful beautiful place to stay. I loved staying in the river and listening to it during the night. The cabin was very neat and clean. I also like the fact it was out of town a little bit got away from the crowded areas. We would go back and stay there again.

Quick Estes trip

We really enjoyed the hottub on the deck after driving all day. Thought the place was easy to find and was very clean. Cute rooms, perfect size for 2 of us and a dog. By far, though, the best feature was the great access to the beautiful creek in back. The only hiccup was out of the owner's control and that was a loud neighhbor. We would definitely come back .

Canyon River

The canyon river cabin was right on the road outside of Estes Park. It had cute rustic decorations, a full kitchen and a great porch to enjoy right by the river. Perfect for our evening after Rocky Mountain National Park.

It was a cute place and clean but it could use some things in the kitchen like filters for the coffee pot, maybe some foil, salt and pepper. But overall a cute place for a quick stay and it was easy to find and the communication with the host was easy and quick responses.

Beautiful location, but the place needs a good deep cleaning. There were spider webs and dust all over the place. Dirty dishes and the hot tub looked nasty. We didn’t even get in. There is WiFi, but it’s not good. I couldn’t work while I was there. Also, good luck watching tv. Nothing works.

Sorry to hear that this is the first we heard of any concern you had our hot tubs are cleaned and balanced after every guest there are never dishes left dirty and if there were cobwebs we’re sure to bring that to our cleaners attention if you had any concerns you should have let us know so we could have taken care of any of your request wifi is hit and miss as stated in our description it’s not a place to come and do work from a computer but amazing to unwind and relax
