Over all stay was excellent. We fell in love with Caprice. The office staff is one of the main highlights to making our stay superb. She is so warm and friendly. She goes out of her way to be helpful and ensure the guests are happy. Definitely an extremely valuable member of this establishment and we hope her compensation is reflective of the enormous value she adds to Caprice and all of its guests.

Leann was AMAZING! She went above and beyond for us. We had previously booked on booking. com with a previous “tenant”. She pretty much double booked and was doing nothing to help us. Luckily, Leann was more than accommodating & helped us out so much! Any questions we had she answered and made sure we were more than comfortable with our stay! If I'm ever back in the St. Pete area I will 100% get ahold of Leann and book with her!!

Room 104

While the location and common areas, along with staff were great...the condo was not great! The deck off of the bedroom was covered in mold. The bedroom wall was directly connected to the elevator and was extremely noisy all day and night!! Very small bathroom! You can barely change your mind in there.
