Weekend getaway

Prefer to for a weekend getaway. Able to walk everywhere, no car needed. We were able to rent chairs and umbrella at the beach. Would definitely stay again.

First Getaway

Very pleasantly surprised. Nice location, very nicely updated. Plenty of chairs, umbrellas and beach toys available. So nice to have when flying. Highly recommend!

Great location

Access to the beach is a block away, Rick's Reef a breakfast/lunch/dinner or just drinks place is within 2 blocks and if you walk 4 blocks north, there are 6 or more dining places. I rarely used a car, preferring to walk everywhere. I was here during peak spring break and had no problems dining but maybe that's because it was a party of one. The a/c went out but was repaired the second day by Tim with ASA, who provided excellent customer service . However there was a lack of communication between the office and myself about the necessary repairs. A folder containing information on how to use the tv's/remote, thermostat settings, pool and laundry locations or useful emergency numbers would be helpful in the unit but wasn't supplied. There is also a closet that had a cart, chairs and beach items/toys that I wasn't aware. Hopefully the owner or property manager will supply a folder for future guests. The unit has a stove, refrigerator and coffeemaker, and is stocked with all necessary kitchen utensils. The separate bedroom and bathroom both had ample storage. Loved the location and would stay again.

Winter escape

Overall a great experience, great location for the beach! Small apartment could use an update for furniture and a little less decor. The kitchen had so much in cabinets it was difficult to find room for food. Loved the location!
