Heart of Paia with Ocean Tranquility

We are definitely coming back here! The best of two worlds. Gorgeous ocean and the charming town of Paia right here! It was a very lovely experience.

Beautiful cottage in great location

We loved our stay at this beautiful cottage just a few minutes walk from downtown Paia. Well kept property on the water with several other homes. Nice layout - we loved hearing the surf with the two sliding doors open. Great covered deck with a view of the ocean. We’ve already booked again for next year!

Perfect beach cottage

I loved my stay at Stacy’s cottage. Perfect location right by everything in town but still secluded and private. Lovely views and perfect little rocky beach to enjoy the sunset. The cabin was very comfortable and clean. Everything I needed for my stay. The beaches right outside of town have been some of my favorite in Maui.

Beautiful retreat

One of our favorite stays on Maui. Not too private because of other cottages on property but everything we were looking for with the oceanfront and close to town vibe. The property manager could not be friendlier and helpful.

Paradise!

The beauty of this place is indescribable. We visited for our 40th anniversary and we're happy to stay in Paia the majority of our trip. The small town feel and easy walk to everything was perfect. Stacy is such a sweetheart and made sure all of our needs were met. We will be back. 🌺

This cottage was a dream come true. The listing really doesn't do this place justice. It is absolutely gorgeous. It is right in the center of Paia. Everything is within walking distance. The house is off the main road and gated to give you the perfect peacefulness from the hub bub. The inside of the house was the perfect size for my husband and I (would also be great for a family of four). It also came with anything you could think of. Fully stocked kitchen. A small collection of books. A ready to go grill. Some shampoo, conditioner, and soap for showers. (Hotel style). Mike, the host, was great. Very responsive. I would choose this over a resort any day.

Premiere location, beautifully updated.

Absolute prime location and newly renovated. With crashing waves off of the veranda, a path through the immaculate greenspace and over a rockwall that leds to a long stretch of white sand beach (with turtles present), and gated secure access just steps away from the bustling Paia town, this cottage exceeded all of my family's expectations. General Manager Mike is gem of a man. His pride in his care of this property and love for the island was evident immediately upon meeting him. After our interaction with him, we all felt like we had found a new friend.

Little piece of paradise

This rental was amazing! This was my first trip to Maui, and I plan to visit again someday and plan to book this same home. Location is perfect, plenty of places to eat and shop, and the fact that it is gated is great! I cannot say enough about how wonderful our stay was. The home has everything you need to enjoy the beach and the kitchen was very well equipped, and the air conditioning worked great. I had many family members visiting at the same time for a family wedding and our place was by far the best rental home. The check-in was simple and easy, and easy to communicate with questions if necessary. This home was absolutely perfect, great location with a beautiful view of the ocean, and very easy access to the beach. We are so looking forward to our next visit. Mahalo!

What a great little gem

My wife and two young daughters just returned from a 9 day stay on this property. It is situated just a short walk from the very cool town of Paia and only steps to the ocean. Every night we would keep the two front sliders open to hear the ocean constantly - I've been reminded how mush I miss hearing it. From the back of the house where there is a covered lanai (we spent a lot of time there) you can take a short walk along a stone wall to a beach that often had sea turtles just sleeping on the sand. The property itself was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen had all the necessities we needed to make meals, the bedrooms were clean with comfortable beds and the space itself was perfect for the 4 of us. There were beach towels provided which we used every day. We certainly hope to be back sooner than later!

Comfortable Cottage in great location

The cottage enjoys a great location just off the road through Paia, but also within walking distance of a great beach. The two bedroom / one bath cottage has a remodeled bathroom and new flooring throughout the unit. Each room has a separate AC unit which is great for differing room temps for different people. The gated parking area was a big plus as well as there are some questionable characters who roam the Paia area. But we did not have any issues except one person who did become a little too friendly with my daughter on the beach and then climbed the rocky beach down past the cottage. Stacy the property manager was awesome and very responsive to any questions we had. And the facilities manager quickly provided some replacement batteries for a remote after our request. 👍👍👍👍👍

Fabulous Family Trip

Spent a wonderful week at this special property just steps from Paia (but so private) with my two adults daughters. Great views of the ocean, well- appointed two bedroom with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Stacy is great to work with. Fun swimming beaches nearby too. A real paradise!

Beautiful kitchen. Beautiful bathroom. New floors. New split unit air conditioners in each room. Lanai overlooking the ocean. Great for outdoor eating. Beautiful manicured landscape. Ample parking. What’s not to like?

Great little house with big view

The house was adequately stocked, but don't plan to cook a lot of big meals. There is a two burner stove and a plug in portable air fryer / oven. Air conditioners work great. View was amazing! We even saw sea turtles in the waves in front of house coming up for air periodically. Short walk to a beach 3 houses down, but we didn't spend much time there. There were homeless tents right on the edge of the beach. We did some beach time on the other side of the island near Wailea and Kihei. Check in was seamless. All locks were electric key pads. We never met our host, but there was no need . They did check on us via email though. Property is well maintained. Entire property is in a gated, always locked, fence. Paia is a nice little town. Short drive to Kahului, right on the road to Hana, and good access to Haleakala crater. drive to west and south side not long. Like many places in Hawaii there were a lot of homeless folks. Made the family a little uncomfortable at times, but we had no issues. We even left our leftover food to a food collection truck right in Paia on our last day. There were several good restaurants in town, a small well stocked grocery store, as well as places to get ice cream and shaved ice. Would stay here again.

Best waterfront location in Paia!

This cottage was a dream for our family of 3! Perfect sized, well stocked, clean, and right on the water! The covered lanai is perfect for morning coffee, evening happy hour, or just sitting and watching the waves. Turtles come right up on the rocks throughout the day and night. There is a large grass area for kids to play or to sunbathe and Paia Bay and Baldwin Beach are just a short walk away. We love this place! Stacy was amazing before, during and after our stay. We had no problems, but I checked in about a few things throughout the week and she responded right away! We will be back next year for sure!

The house was perfect for us and the location and view was simply perfect. The beds are comfortable and the house has all you need for a comfortable, relaxing and inspiring get away! The lounge chairs on the grass were perfect for coffee and a book!

We absolutely loved this cottage and it’s location in Paia.

This cottage and property is absolutely perfect for a relaxing holiday getaway. Very private and beautiful beaches close by. We enjoyed watching the turtles feed from our front porch. We stopped at the Safeway coming into town which sells local fish and barbecued every night soaking in the beautiful view! Drove up to the Saturday UpCountry Farmers market which was delightful. The hours are 7 am - 11 am. The property is perfectly managed and very helpful. We are headed back in December.

Amazing view in an excellent location

This was a cute little beach bungalow perfect for our family. The location was excellent with all stores and restaurants within easy walking distance. The house was simply stocked. Could use some beach chairs/umbrella for use on beaches. House could use a little TLC and deep cleaning but overall was very nice.

We went to Maui on our honeymoon and fell in love with the island. We lovingly built the home in Kihei on the south side and lived there off and on for 15 years while working. Now that we are retired we live on the north shore in Paia, next door to the rental cottages. We love sharing the tropical beauty and ambiance of Maui with others.
