This beautiful luxury condominium is located in one of the most desirable and safe locations on the beach. It is fully furnished one bedroom penthouse style condo. Two bathrooms, huge balcony, gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and new stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer.

Ocean view from every room, huge open floor plan. There is also a nice swimming pool and a charcoal grill at the pool deck for your enjoyment. Building offers off-street parking and secure coded access.
Condo is conveniently located only a short 1.5 blocks from the ocean and boardwalk and offers great access to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Enjoy outdoor live entertainment nightly at 31st and 24th street boardwalk stages during the summer. Fishermen might enjoy the 14th street pier or Rudee Inlet which offers inshore/offshore fishing as well as a variety of different tours (dolphin/whale watching, speed boat, pirate ship, and jet skis). Golfers might enjoy the many nearby golf courses. Parasailing, kayaking, sailing, Jet Ski rentals are available at either end of the beach. Bike routes along the boardwalk are great for exploring the beach. Grocery store Harris Teeter (24 hour) is conveniently located half a block from the condo for all of your shopping needs.
Master bedroom offers a queen size bed, flat screen TV, separate full bathroom, vanity with a mirror and a closet with slide mirrors. Great room offers a nice brand new 55 inch smart flat screen curved TV with a stand and a DVD player, 2 leather couches that convert to a queen size bed with memory foam mattress, new glass boat shaped coffee table, dining table with chairs, bar stools and a door to a huge corner balcony for you to enjoy the ocean view, sun set and palm trees. There is also a nice brand new washer and dryer, as well as a dresser with night stands and lamps.

Very friendly and attentive host. The condo had all the comforts and amenities I needed for my one month stay. Could easily walk the 1 and 2 blocks to the oceanfront and grocery store from this location. I would book again!

Cute Condo Blocks Away From the Beach

We spent my twins' 13th birthday at this incredible space, and we could not have been happier. Great location! We vacation frequently in Virginia Beach and were pleased with the proximity to the grocery store, boardwalk, and, of course, the oceanfront. Would come again!

Brightly decorated beachy condo

It was ideal for the most part, I enjoyed my month there while visiting the A.R.E. Super close to grocery store and short walk to the boardwalk/beach! Great for warmer weather visits!

The perfect haven

We are still reveling in our good fortune of finding this place close to the beach, groceries, coffee, easy walking, public transportation, great communication with owner as well as on-site management. We were able to have family over for dinner - it felt like our home and we cared for it as such. We will definitely book our travel around its availability.

Great spot - clean and convenient

The property was very well kept and clean. There were towels/ beach toys/ beach chairs available for use. The community pool is small but was well maintained and fun to use. The parking is on site and excellent. The property owner was very nice and extremely accommodating. The property is listed for 3 person max but with 2 pull out sofas and a bedroom with a king bed you could have 4-5 people in the property staying comfortably. Would recommend and will stay again next time we visit Virginia Beach

Great Condo

Great Condo a block from the beach , has an onsite pool . Owners are great and respond quickly to any questions. We have used this unit for years for our family's yearly beach trip and it has always been super clean and top notch.

Our new happy place

We loved every day that we were there! It's exactly as it's pictured looks even better in person actually, the decor was perfect for the beach theme it clean well stocked very quiet, you can literally smell the beach from the kitchen, the pool is right outside of the window. The bldg was always clean spotless even also nicely decorated. There's lots to do the beach was perfect! Did I mention that the security in the bldg as well as the penthouse was great. Don't think twice this place was a top notch choice and we intend on returning next year. (The owner and his family were super wonderful to inter act with)

Place needs a serious updating and maintenance

Clean, convenient place, walking distance to the beach. We loved the location. However, the condo is very outdated. Trash can broken, no ice machine (we had to buy bags of ice), washing machine very loud and outdated, same with dishwasher, at least the minimum i.e. shower curtains can be replaced. It seems like previous renters left stuff that were kept in closets (surf boards, etc). Needs to be purged. Condo is at the top floor and and needs soundproofing because even though we were super quiet the downstairs tenant complained.

Attractive condo in prime, central location

We very much did enjoyed our VaB sojourn in this lovely condo in such proximity to the boardwalk and so many great restaurants and Harris Teeter, we can't think of a better place to stay. We appreciated the large-screen TV, good wifi, nice view from the kitchen and balcony and all the cute nautical-themed decorations and furnishings. The condo was clean and obviously well maintained, with plenty of nice towels, pillows and comforters. If there is one issue we encountered, it's that we found the seatbacks of the two living-room futons leaned back too extreme, unnatural and uncomfortable, and we could not find a way to adjust it, as many futons allow. We did find a work-around, wedging pillows between the mattress and the metal frame to achieve a more normal seat back. Overall, a nice place to stay for a VaB soujourn.

Great beach vacation condo

This is a great place for a beach vacation. The property had all the items I needed for the stay. The location provides quick access to the boardwalk/beach (a couple blocks away), grocery/drug stores, other shopping and restaurants. The owner was quick to address any questions or concerns. The building itself is very quiet; very little noise from the neighbors.

Great rental property

Really enjoyed our week long visit to Virginia Beach, which was made even better by our accommodations! We found the rental to be spacious, clean, ideally located and with plenty of amenities to make our stay comfortable. Dishwasher, washer/dryer and balcony were a huge plus!
