Great Stay

My wife and I stayed at this home for 9 days at this end of July while working remotely. Loved the house, as everything was exactly as advertised and in the pictures. Home was a great condition in a quiet neighborhood. Everything worked without failure. Enjoyed the location, being able to walk to Fenney Grill, the pool and enjoy the nearby walking trails. Would stay again without hesitation.

Perfect home in the perfect location

You truly couldn't find a nicer home in a better location. The lanai is oversized and seat 17 (yes, seventeen!). The house is gorgeous and has everything you need for an extended stay or a short stay. Three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, a large laundry room off the kitchen. The golf cart was great! We are already checking our schedules to see when we can come back for another 1-4 weeks! LOVED THIS HOME!!!!

The outdoor porch is huge where we enjoyed coffee in the morning and grilling at night. The whole family enjoyed playing putt putt and Pitch and Putt nearby. The house backs up to a recreational center with a beautiful walking trail. I hated to leave this place and can’t wait for a return visit!

Beautiful place

This place is very spacious and the layout is wonderful. The king master room and bathroom is very big. Loved the extra room. The queen room has a bathroom right beside it which was nice. The third room is smaller and bed was more for one person which is what we had on that room, with a bathroom right next to it as well. The back porch is huge and was nice to sit. Everything was there we needed except, coffee. Make sure you pack that and your own shampoo. Other than that, it was very accommodating and what we needed. Very close to everything! We would stay here again for sure!!!!

Beautiful Village Home

Our grandmother lived in The Villages for years. She passed away last year and we’ve been wanting to come back to visit. When we found this place I was really excited that our kids were able to stay. This place was very clean and we loved the lanai. This home had everything we needed for our stay and we were even surprised to find some games. We loved how convenient it was to the pool and outdoor activities. This area is fairly new so it is further away from the squares to enjoy nightly entertainment but they do offer live music at Fenny Grill which isn’t far at all. At the time of our stay the golf cart wasn’t able to be used but the help and communication with the realtor was amazing. They were always there when we had questions. We love The Villages and look forward to staying here again the next time we visit!

Fantastic Home/Location

This is the second time I stayed in this beautiful vacation home. Last year for a week, this year for 12 days, and I'm hoping to stay for a month next time. The location is perfect. Loads of things to do & shopping in the area. The property manager is super responsive. Awesome experience again. Fenney Grill is great for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Excellent Place for Relaxing Vacation!!!

I went with my family (wife, daughter) for 2 weeks. Clayton and Michelle's home is excellent for someone who is planning to have a relaxing vacation. I will definitely plan to revisit here. It was very clean and had all the amenities needed. The Village ID also provided access to many activities. Every evening you can enjoy live music in the community at multiple locations(Community is huge, closer to 60,000 or so houses) We loved the LARGE lanai, something we can never experience in MN :( Location is also great, about 1 to 1.5 drive from Orlando and Tampa. Owners had provided bicycle (although we did not use it) and Golf Cart. We loved the Golf Cart access, as it allowed us to just go for casual drive around the neighborhood. The house is in 55+ year community and felt like resort style leaving. This gave us opportunity to experience 55+ community leaving, something we plan to consider in the next few years when we reach that age :) Only part we did not like is unresponsive property manager(s). Property is professionally managed by Remax Realty. We had hard time reaching out to Shirley and Dena. Although we were given the contact phone numbers, no one either picked up the phone or despite leaving voicemail, no one bothered to return the phone call! . Overall, we REALLY LOVED THIS PROPERTY and will highly recommend others to consider.

Great location and beautiful home. Close to family pool and Fenney Grill. Very easy check in and out process. Beautiful part of the Villages. Great place to stay to get the Villages experience. 1st Visit to The Villages

We were in town for a wedding. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was great! Check-in & check-out were super easy. I highly recommend this property.
