Arrive and relax in our sunny home with fantastic indoor outdoor flow and a large fenced yard for the kids to roam freely. Relax outside in the hammock under the large pergola. Soak in the hot tub or stroll to the beach for all day fun and create some fantastic holiday memories.

We live in a family friendly cul-de-sac street, only two blocks over from the beach, as well as backing onto the Gordon Spratt Reserve and a short drive to the Papamoa Plaza.

We have 1 friendly cat that comes with the home and needs to be given some food and water every night.

We can host up to 8 people in our home. 4 bedrooms with 4 comfy queen size beds.

Enjoy the BBQing under the covered outdoor area while relaxing with a beverage and your family and friends.

Walk just 5 few minutes over the sand dunes to take the kids to the beach for some swimming, surfing and boogie boarding.

If you prefer, Lifeguards monitor the beaches just a few minutes drive at the Papamoa Domain. Walk out the back gate and enjoy flying a kite on the rugby fields where they also have a kids park, tennis club and basketball courts.
No time for the kids to get bored, there is also a skate park and BMX pump track. So be sure to bring the scooters and skateboards.

You can also take the track right out the back gate to walk/bike to the plaza or enjoy feeding the ducks by the pond. Other things to enjoy close by - Walk up Papamoa Hills it’s a hiker’s paradise. Explore the park’s cultural heritage and challenge yourself to reach the 224m-high summit and enjoy breathtaking views.

Dine at a range of cafes, restaurants and fast food outlets. Or sample some of the best street food you will find anywhere in the Bay at ‘Dinner in the Domain’ – a weekly artisan food market held at the Papamoa Domain every Thursday night between November and March.

Or take a 20 minute drive to visit one of New Zealand’s most popular destinations - Mount Maunganui for a range of Boutique shopping, restaurants and bars, watch the Cruise ships go out from Pilot Bay, enjoy an easy walk around the base of Mount Maunganui where you may spot a seal or 2 soaking up the sun on the rocks. Alternatively you can also walk up to the summit and get an amazing view. You can take snorkel, paddle board, jet ski or launch the boat at the popular sulphur point boat ramp for a days fishing.
