Perfectly positioned for effortless beach days and unforgettable sunsets, this cozy coastal retreat offers stunning ocean views, modern upgrades, and easy access to pools, dining, and all the best of PCB—your relaxing beach escape starts the moment you arrive. 🌊☀️

The condo has been fully updated and freshly refreshed, featuring a modern kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances (including a convection oven), double-door refrigerator/freezer, cabinetry, and stylish lighting. The kitchen is fully stocked, making it easy to prepare meals while enjoying the Gulf views.

The comfortable living room includes a queen sofa sleeper, plush seating, and a large flat-screen TV with Direct TV and free Wi-Fi. The bedroom features a queen memory foam mattress, smart TV, soft linens, tile floors, and large ceiling fans for added comfort. The bathroom offers a spacious walk-in tile shower with glass door and an upgraded vanity. All linens and towels are provided—including beach towels.

Step onto the balcony to enjoy spectacular sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico or watch the waves roll in. The unit overlooks the seasonally heated pool, making it ideal for keeping an eye on kids, with two additional pools also available. Grills, tennis and pickleball courts and a fitness center are just steps away.

Sunbird Resort is a gated, family-friendly beachfront community with 500 feet of sugar-white sand and emerald waters. Seasonal beach chair service is included (two loungers and an umbrella, March–October), with discounts available for beach activities. You’ll be within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and attractions—Pineapple Willy’s is right next door, and Walmart is just a block away.

Parking is limited to one space per condo from March 1 through Labor Day.

Perfect quick getaway spot for my daughter, her friend and I! Our first time to PCB and we will definitely be back! Condo was perfect size for the 3 of us! Loved that it was on the 2nd floor and easy access to the beach; included 2 beach chairs and umbrella (had to buy an extra chair only 10/day) and the girls loved Pineapple Willy’s right next door.
