Tres Palmas is located in the highly desired and friendly neighborhood of Warm Sands and is central to everything that is Palm Springs. A short 3 minute drive will take you to the downtown “village” or take a nice relaxing stroll and before you know it, you are in the middle of all the fun! The spectacular views of Mt. San Jacinto will instantly put you in “vacation mode”.

Tres Palmas is located in a unique four unit complex, each a semi-attached "bungalow" providing our guests a private and quiet stay. The uniquely located pool (which can be heated for an extra fee of $100/week) is in front of the building and by the street. During spring and summer, no heat is needed, it's perfectly warmed by our desert sun! Enjoy the unobstructed panoramic views and watch the world go by.

Our beautifully decorated "bungalow" features high vaulted ceilings, windows on all 4 sides and a private Sundance spa that is always hot and ready for a relaxing soak. Our one level, 2 bedroom, 1 3/4 bath "bungalow" has wireless WiFi, Sound bars, Smart TV's including Amazon Fire stick, Netflix, etc., DVD players, central air and heat, fully serviced kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker. A stocked game closet for the rare rainy day. The master bedroom features a brand new split king adjustable bed with Saatva hybrid mattresses and a romantic ensuite (refer to pictures). A two way fireplace will keep you nice and toasty.

There is a beautiful private side yard with table and chairs for dining al fresco, an 8 foot water wall, plus a lounge chair big enough for two when you want to commune with nature. A private gate leads from the yard to the front of the unit - perfect if you have bicycles. Your very own washer and dryer will help keep you fresh and clean. A designated off-street parking space right at the front door and plenty of street parking for your guests.

Maximum occupancy is 3 and minimum stay is 29 nights. Check in is technically 4pm and check out at 11am. These times are flexible depending on if a quick turn around is needed between guests.

Pool and spa are unsupervised... USE AT YOUR OWN RISK... please use caution and follow posted rules when using.

We will consider small pets with a $100 per pet fee.
