The Inn is immaculately maintained and industry-rated as a 4-star boutique hotel. Located smack in the heart of Nashville, in the city's hottest walk-able urban neighborhood: 12South Neighborhood, & within 2 mi from Vandy, Belmont University, Downtown/Lower Broadway, & Music Row.

With the gathering spaces inside and out, you will have lots of opportunities for quality time spent together. Our property has been professional designed and decorated, with the perfect marriage of vintage features with modern comforts.

Our property has been enjoyed by famous recording artists as well as the not-yet-famous. :) What all our guests have in common is enjoying the luxury suites with private baths, spa robes, the same Egyptian cotton towels found in 5-star hotels, the finest Italian sheets by Frette, and the same luxury mattress you will find in the very best hotels. We want you to sleep like a rockstar and enjoy the amenities on par with finest hotels, but not at the five-star price!

Our Inn caters to the most discerning of guest, and folks tell us they "want for nothing" during their stay. We work hard to fully stock the property with basic household essentials, but if something is missing you have a Publix grocery located right on our street. We also feature lots of special touches such as locally-made Thistle Farms body washes made from the finest essential oils. We can't wait to spoil you!

Guests will have access to all the main living areas of the home including the family room, kitchen, comfy front porch and back covered patio with cushy outdoor furniture and a wood-burning fireplace. The kitchen is smack out of a Williams-Sonoma catalog with high-end appliances and the best cookware and servingware available for your use. We provide a smart lock code for use in accessing the property so you can come and go as you like! If arriving home late at night after some classic Nashville fun, the home is well lit with lighting all around the property so that you feel safe upon arrival.

Sleeping situation: There are (4) traditional bedrooms, each with a Queen bed & private ensuite bath, plus our "Old Coal Room Studio" includes (2) Queen beds and an ensuite bath, for a grand total of (6) Queen beds and (5) private baths, plus a powder room on the main level. Our permit allows a max of (12) guests and we strictly adhere to this limit.

There is plenty of street parking directly in front of the property, as well as on our private gated drive accessed with a code. If we are in town, we greet you upon your arrival to help you get settled and will assist you with dinner reservations or other plans to help ensure you enjoy your stay!

Note that we are an URBAN NEIGHBORHOOD which is SMACK in the middle of the CITY! Locals and visitors alike love 12South where one can walk to a plethora of restaurants, coffee shops, live music venues, and boutique shopping! We can't wait to share our neighborhood with you!

Since we are in the center of the city, transportation is a breeze! There is a bus system that picks up 2 blocks away, or a short Uber or Lyft ride will get you about anywhere in the downtown and midtown Nashville area. There are choices of restaurants and coffee shops within a few blocks to up to a 1/2 a mile walk. 1/2 a mile away there are also bicycles available to ride around the city and check in at any other sister bike station in the city. Many love to pick up a bike in our neighborhood, 12South, and ride the bikes into downtown 1.5-2 miles away, and check in the bikes there.
