The Space:

With 2 well-appointed bedrooms with luxurious bedding, large bathroom with extra vanity in master and all your vacation essentials, you're sure to find comfort at our Sandpiper Stay condo. And, with shiny stainless steel appliances and fresh gleaming granite countertops, the fully-stocked kitchen will be sure to delight even the gourmet chef in your group!



Head into the main living area to find a large flat screen TV and DVD player while you sink into the comfortable couches. You'll also find a cozy ambiance rich fireplace and beautiful coastal decor to add to the getaway experience.



Looking to take advantage of the outdoors? Of course you are! Well, we've got a great spot right around the corner (steps away) with a huge deck to grill and chill surrounded by lush tropical plantings! Bring your favorite grillables, bluetooth speaker and just take it all in! You're on island time! And after that, head to the cool in the blue pool, also nearby in the community, for some fun in the sun!



And what would a beach vacation be without the beach? You're right across the street from the seawall with miles and miles of sandy beach and sparking Gulf water! While you can certainly walk to the seawall at Diamond Beach (5 min), given the road and carrying your beach gear, it may be best to drive to nearby beach access point 6. It's up to you and your adventure level!

Guest Access:

EASY CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: It's easy to stay with us and secure too! Access the home electronically at 4pm on the date of your arrival with your unique lock code that we specifically give only to you via text and email. Your code is live from 4pm on your arrival date until 11am on the date of your departure.

PALMS AT COVE VIEW:

Conveniently located on the West End of Galveston, Cove View is a well-kept condo complex offering a beautiful pool, workout room and lush tropical landscaping amongst towering palms. It is a quick drive to the shops, grocery stores and local fun spots along the Seawall. HOA/condo association requires an image/photo of all adult guests' ID to stay within the community for your safety and the safety of others within the community.

Every home is fully and professionally cleaned after each guest stay. In addition, all of our homes feature luxury hotel-quality/high thread count on all sheets, bedding, and bath towels which are replaced upon every turnover including the duvet covers and shams (we've heard not every company does this, and we think that's just gross). We take clean seriously! When you rent a 979 home, you'll also receive the 'comforts of home' guest welcome starter supply of shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, tp and paper towels, dishwasher and clothes washer pods. We want your stay to be as easy as you do, and the 979 Crew aims to deliver on that commitment. We love our island guests!



WIFI/TV SERVICE:

Our properties include WIFI/Internet and TV service for your streaming services. Due to our location (Island living is a whole other way of life), service may be unpredictable or spotty, and repair times can be delayed. While we will do everything we can to ensure these items are in good working order before your arrival, please note, these services may not be as consistent as they are in your area. So grab your favorite people, ditch the electronics, and spend the day at our beautiful beaches!



979 VACATION PROPERTY SERVICES:

All 979 rental home follow local and state tax rules. Reservations may be booked up to 365 days in advance. Please send inquiry and details if more than a year out as rates and availability may not be updated. Each reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, $1M liability protection and $10K damage insurance - and good news, No Security Deposit Required!



CANCELLATION POLICY:

When booking direct with 979, you may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund. Some exceptions may apply for last-minute reservations. After 24 hours, cancel at least 30 days before your check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment less a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable.



Reservations made on 3rd party channels/OTAs such as Airbnb, VRBO, Booking, Hopper etc may be subject to terms and conditions which may be different than 979's. When booking through a 3rd party channel, the cancellation policy you agreed to at the time of booking is the cancellation policy on your reservation.
