The host responds quickly and was super great. The unit was very clean and comfortable. Very cute interior of the unit. Not too many bad things to say that is the host’s fault. It is a first floor unit and I could hear the people above us stomping. The unit is by a dog waste station and there were people walking their dogs constantly in that area. Overall, it was a good stay and I would stay here again.

Very clean, stylish property. We loved the decor. The pool is an issue. We watched a mom be turned away with her children because they didn't have the proper pass(es). It was sad and a little irritating. We asked some questions and were told that these passes have to be purchased per the individual owners, though not all of them purchase. I think this information should be stated in the descriptions. I'm glad we didn't have our kids with this trip... we wouldn't have been able to take them to the pool because there wouldn't have been enough passes.

Desiree Sorry for any inconvenience regarding the pool passes. Our listing does clearly state in multiple places that only four pool passes are provided with the condo, as that is the maximum number we are allowed to have per property management. When we decided to list our condo as a vacation rental, we specifically asked management if we could purchase two additional passes since the condo sleeps six guests. Unfortunately, we were told that additional passes are not permitted. We completely understand that this may be inconvenient for a group of six, and we truly wish we were able to provide passes for everyone. Unfortunately, this is a property management policy and not something we are able to change.

High end retreat close to the beach !

My daughter arranged a weekend for my belated Mother’s Day gift. Super cute apartment with high end finishes, luxury linens, beautifully remodeled and they thought of everything. Highly recommend.

Great for a quiet couple day trip for our family

Property was very clean and decorated so fun! We loved our stay. The beds were great. We stayed for 4 nights. Property location is close to the beach, but not in the middle of the noise. (Perfect if you come back during the day with a little one for a nap). Only downside was the pool was freezing (but probably not an issue most of the time. We came during Spring Break). Would definitely recommend. Host was very nice and helpful.

We own a family business in Katy Tx for the last 28 years. Our hobbies are playing poker, reading and spending time finding good jazz bands to listen to.

Why they chose this property

It's a beautiful property in a great location. We enjoy staying here as it gives us time away from our everyday hustle and bustle. We live about an hour and a half away, so it's close enough to enjoy but far enough to allow our guests the upmost privacy. This is our first host property and we are very proud of the work we did to get it ready for our guests.

What makes this property unique

Everything is brand new. We completely gutted and rebuilt the entire unit. All furniture, appliances and even the windows and doors are new.
