The ultimate beach bungalow. 1 block from the beach, 5 blocks from Carlsbad Village. Completely remodeled interior. Huge back deck overlooking private and fully fenced large grass backyard. Parking for 3 cars off the street. Also, this house can be fully wheelchair accessible upon request. Ramp available for front steps, oversized 2nd bath has been designed universally with 36" door, large walk-in shower, pedestal sink, and grab bars in shower and next to toilet. Come enjoy the beach life!

Pet Policy:
Well-behaved and house-trained dogs allowed (maximum 2 dogs; no cats). Dogs must be at least one year of age, up-to-date on rabies and other vaccinations. Guests must pick up after pets and properly dispose of waste. Pet fee (non-refundable): $50 for first dog, $75 for second dog. Must provide details about dogs to owners prior to arrival.

This is the second year in a row we have rented this property. The location is wonderful, parking is great, the house is equipped with all the required amenities for a relaxing stay, the back yard is fabulous and the hosts are responsive and pleasant to work with. Location is great!

We visited the property with our 2 sons (4/6). The location is great, right next to the beach and walking distance to great restaurants. Also close to legoland! A nice backyard for the kids to play in and off street parking. Would highly recommend to families staying in the area.

My family and I are originally from Seattle. We've been down in Carlsbad for a couple years now and simply fell in love with the area. It's a very laid back beach vibe and does not get super crowded around here like other parts of SoCal. And the locals are awesome! We are staying. :)

This property is the absolute perfect location. Close to beach, but not right on Coast Hwy. Walking distance to beach and Carlsbad Village for eating, shopping, or just taking a stroll.

You won't find a better house for your getaway. It feels very beach like and has the best yard you'll find this close to the beach.
