This is a special 3 bedroom home with brick walls, steel and designer furniture.
Note...Two indoor/outdoor cats live in the home & come with the rental. They are low maintenance but if you prefer not to live with them, this home is not for you.

2 story modern home w/ private backyard. Great location and only 2 blocks from Smith St shopping, restaurants, bars, F/R trains. 15 min. taxi or train to Manhattan.
Step inside and find a crisp, comfortable environment where custom-made steel, 19th century brick and Brazilian cherry hardwood floors. Decor is modern with full size dining table, bar and comfortable furniture with lots of different sitting areas. Our outdoor garden is fully shaded with couches, dining table and grill. The terrace off the master bedroom is a cozy place for morning coffee or evening wine.
The home has one Master Bedroom with queen bed, bathroom and balcony.
The second bedroom has a double bed and two windows.
There is small third bedroom with single chaise lounge that can be used as an office or an extra bedroom.
All three bedrooms are on the second floor with a family room in the middle filled with books, board games and a foosball table.
The first floor is an open space including a living room, dining room, sitting area and large kitchen. Access to the garden from the first floor is conveniently off the kitchen.
Home is well appointed & filled with comfortable seating, large dining table, Peloton, foosball table and more.
NOTE:
There is a construction project across the street so there can be noise during working hours.
