Villa Ranalli - Family Friendly Florida Pool Home

This fully furnished, three bedroom, two full bath home is complete with a private in-ground electrically heated pool within a screened lanai surrounded by palm trees. It is located within a quiet residential neighborhood in SE Cape Coral, Florida. We are just 30 Minutes from Southwest Florida International Airport in Fort Myers (RSW), 35 Minutes from Punta Gorda Airport (PGD), 90 Minutes from Sarasota Airport (SRQ), and two Hours from Tampa Airport (TPA).

This Florida-style home has 2 disappearing sliding glass doors from the family room to the screened-in lanai, as well as a slider master bedroom door - all set up to open you up to the outside lanai. A beautiful kidney shaped electrically heated pool, patio, and screened lanai are the prime features of the property. There is plenty of outdoor seating including a table for six (6) and several lounge chairs.

The well equipped kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, glassware, cookware, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, microwave, Etc. – everything you could possibly need. High speed WiFi is also included throughout the house.

The family room provides a comfortable couch and love seat and a 65" smart television w/DirectTV. There are two ceiling fans for high comfort, as well as a screened porch off of the front entrance to allow for a true open air environment. The dining room has a table for four.

In addition to a full refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, and dishwasher, a small dormitory style refrigerator is available.

Villa Ranalli feels very spacious and open, while at the same time offering a split bedroom layout for privacy. The pool and patio area are in sunlight from dawn to dusk, assuring you of wonderfully warm afternoons.

The house is air conditioned with all rooms equipped with ceiling fans. The master bedroom features a King-size bed, 50" television, and private bathroom with walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed, 40" television, and closet. The 3rd bedroom provides a Full bed with 30" television and closet.

Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel & Captiva Islands are all within a short and easy 25 - 30 Minute drive. The popular Cape Coral beach is also just a short 5-10 minute drive, as are many tremendous restaurants and golf courses.

We had a great stay. We were fortunate that Joe was able to accommodate our last minute travel needs when prior arrangements fell through. The house was clean and comfortable, communication and instructions were clear and timely. Unfortunately for us, the weather didn't lend itself to using the pool, but it looked great and we were able to sit out on the lanai at times. Would definitely stsy again if we were in the area.

Second time staying here house is clean had everything we needed the beds are very comfortable. The pool is great was heated but unfortunately the weather was colder than normal so we didn’t get to use it. But relaxed and enjoyed the comforts of this house. Nice quiet location. Looking forward to going back.

The property was well kept and exactly as advertised. We enjoyed the indoor/outdoor living by opening up the sliders to the lanai. The pool was the perfect temperature and we took advantage of the gas grill as well as the flatiron grill. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, but within 10 minutes of groceries and shopping. Our family members agreed we would stay here again.

Great time at Spring Training

We enjoyed our time very much. 30 minutes to ballparks and beaches. House is fully equipped and the pool is delightful. Great local restaurants and you must indulge yourself with a trip to Farmer Browns grocery extravaganza The hosts were communicative throughout the process. Nice pool. Had a garage we could park our minivan in, which was great! Being able to to in/ out/pack was very appreciated. Kitchen had everything you'd need and then some. Appreciated the cleaning supplies left for our use as we like to swiffter and wipe down everything daily.

The photos of the home are updated and accurate. Place was clean and matched expectations. Some on-site pool supplies for the kids were an added bonus. Wi-Fi was on the fritz, but owner communicated issue well and helped us make other arrangements. Would definitely rent this place and/or from this ownership group again.

We stayed in the home recently and enjoyed it. Everything we needed from linens to dishes were provided. Loved the ice cold mugs in the freezer for beer. House was clean and had a homey feel. The owner replied back quickly about a question or two we had. It was well centered in cape coral. Neighbors were all very nice. Overall our experience was excellent. We are staying again in 2016.

Great value for the cost close to everything .pet friendly a plus.

Nice house close to everything, we had a great New Year's Eve at the Marina Cape Coral . Sanibel is a short drive, we parked at visiting g center and rode bikes around island. Plenty of golf courses nearby. Only negative is pool is clean but need resurfacing and carpet in master is worn near entrance to bathroom and feels Ike tiny nails coming through when barefoot. Other than that house is clean and stocked nicely. Quiet neighborhood good for dog walking.

A perfect getaway.

The house was perfect for us. We enjoyed the pool it was the perfect temperature and size. We often had breakfast sitting at the table in the shade by the pool. Everything was clean and in good working order. It was wonderful to arrive after a long drive to fresh towels and clean sheets on the beds. The kitchen was stocked with the the basics to be able to cook nice meals. Another bonus, everyone had their own TV so there was no fighting over what to watch while I cooked dinner. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Excellent Rental

Check In Process was a breeze, Owner texted Check In/Check Out Information in a timely fashion. Rental was easy to locate and in a nice neighborhood. Rental was exactly as described although site pictures do not do justice. The home has exceptional landscaping in both front and back of home and the interior is lovely as well. We had 4 people in our party and the home was perfect for us. We all loved the large sitting area and seating. The large Smart TV with Bose sound bar was a nice addition to family movie nights. The radio mounted underneath kitchen cabinet provided a nice ambiance while preparing meals. The master bedroom is large and the sliding glass doors leading out to pool were a fantastic addition providing a nice wake-up view. Many kitchen items were provided as well as laundry and bathroom items. The pool was amazing and provided endless entertainment and refreshment both before and after beach days. The home was close to shopping and nearby beaches. I absolutely loved our stay in this rental and would definitely recommend.
