A two bedroom, one bathroom unit (bedroom one: one queen bed and bedroom two: one double bed) Accommodates: 4. This low floor unit offers modern furnishings, renovated kitchen and bathroom and offers water views amidst towering gum trees.



The Space:

The Location - Step right outside the Shoreline Building to discover a beautiful park with shaded walkways to Shoal Bay Beach on the right or the Little Beach Foreshore to the left. Little Beach caters for everyone with a protected swimming beach, free picnic and BBQ facilities, takeaway options or dine at the Little Beach Boat House right on the waters edge. Shoal Bay Beach is ideal for plunging into deep water off the white sand whilst looking out to our magnificent headlands.



The Unit - The unit offers a relaxed atmosphere in either the open plan living area or enjoy a local craft beer from the comfort of your shady balcony capturing the afternoon sea breeze. The modern kitchen is equipped with all the comforts of home. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, and access to the main balcony. The colourful 2nd bedroom offers a double bed with built in robes. TV.



The modern tiled bathroom has a shower and vanity with the toilet located next door. Internal laundry with washing machine only. Off street parking only.



There are definitely smoke alarms at this property.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Comfortable accommodation in great location

Small-ish unit but more than enough room for two people. Everything worked and we really enjoyed our stay, and would consider staying there again.

Cons: The rubbish bin in the kitchen was full when we arrived. One of the sliding fly screen doors doesn't close properly. One of the windows needs the flyscreen replaced. Pros: Well equipped kitchen Comfortable lounge and dining areas Great location Plenty of parking Clean and neat
