We had a nice time at this place! Nice and clean when the appliances stop working they came to fix the problem! The elevator works wonders lol especially for mom them! Beach across the street. We love the patio second and first floor. We will be coming back stay and the same place!!!!!!

great location

all good, only issue was toilet in master bedroom was not refilling water tank properly it was actually leaking water you would have to flush tank to get it to refill and that water would leak out of tank , not a big problem just want to make you aware

Great stay - No Brainer

This is a 2 minute walk across the street and to the beach. Had our family (kids - teens down to age 5) with us and had plenty of space to stretch. Very well kept and clean. Will try to stay at this same property again in the future.

Myrtle Beach Property

The house was a perfect size for a large group. It is within walking distance to the beach so you could go to and from easily. There were a few places to grab coffee and a convenience store nearby if you needed anything. The property managers were very responsive to our requests when we first arrived.

Everything was good. I missed it in the listing, but he did say that it would be minimal cleaning products. So we needed to go to the store and get soaps, toilet paper or paper towels, etcLocation to the beach was good and the elevator helped a lot. The first day it was broken, but they did get out quickly to fix it.

The house itself was very nice, new and clean. However, the garbage only goes out on Thursdays so when we arrived the garbage bins were full of garbage from the previous travelers. Also, the garbage bins are located right in front of the entrance door. Even after the garbage was picked up, the large trash bins still smelled horribly. They need to cleaned and bleached. I wouldnā€™t care if they were not at the main access door. Every time we walked in the house we had to smell this awful stomach turning smell. Also, we were not able to check in until after 4- none called me I had to call multiple times to see the status so that was annoying. Turns out the elevator wasnā€™t working so that was the hold up, but it was fixed the next day. Another concerning issue for me was that at 3 am the fire alarm went off for a low battery, and it was continuous that it woke up the entire house and it was a terrible night for children and adults. When we called the rental company, they didnā€™t get back to me until 9 am. Still I had to call. It was eventually resolved but not until after 4 pm!! The lady on the phone that I spoke to was lovely and understanding. I just couldnā€™t believe that none was available in the middle of the night for maintenance or to come and stop this alarm. There was a person that I spoke to, but they just said ok we will relay the message.

Perfect Vacation

My family loved staying at this house! We had 12 people consisting of 8 adults, 1 teen, 1 preteen, and 2 toddlers and had a comfortable stay. It was a short walk to the beach and had plenty of things near the house to do and eat. The garage was a little scary to pull in and out of initially because of the tight fit, but we got use to that pretty quickly. There are other reviews mentioning coffee makers, but they had both a Keurig and a regular coffee pot which was really nice in the mornings. We would definitely stay here again!
