Beautiful Condo On The Gulf, Walking Distance to Pier Park

This unit is one of the DELUXE ONE BEDROOM CONDOS with both the living area AND the master bedroom directly facing the gulf. A 35 foot balcony is accessible from the family room or the master bedroom through the 9' tall sliding glass doors. Most Tidewater one bedroom units don't have the master bedroom FACING THE GULF like this unit has. Floor plans vary greatly at the Tidewater and we feel certain you will agree this is the best one bedroom condo at Tidewater! The bunk room is a separate room with a closet and washer and dryer. We also have two full baths. The living area and master bedroom have LCD televisions. This is the largest one bedroom plan at Tidewater and is located on the 15th floor.

OWNER PROVIDES 'Wireless only' INTERNET AVAILABLE IN Condo for Laptops & I Pads
During the summer months the kids are entertained by the staff provided 'kids Club'. There may be a slight cost for some of the activities. The kids love it! All kinds of beach activities are also available.

This unit comfortably accommodates 5 guests. The king size master bed features a deluxe king size Serta mattress and the bunk also has quality Serta mattresses, not foam. The furnishings are excellent quality and the unit was professionally decorated. A fully equipped kitchen is available for your use. Two full baths are also available. One full bath is off the bunk room and the other is off the master bedroom. SEE THE DIAGRAM OF OUR FLOOR PLAN IN THE PICTURES BELOW. New sectional seating in the living room may also be used for a place a guest can sleep.

Tidewater Beach Resort is located near the prime intersection of Hwy 79 and Front Beach Rd. Tidewater features an impressive array of amenities. Imagine relaxing by one of the two 4200 Sq. foot lagoon pools.. both with hot tubs. Or, maybe you would prefer enjoying the indoor pool or the 4300 sq ft cardio-fitness center with health bar, sauna and spa. Why not relax in one of the two mineral spa pools? Tidewater also has a game room and a large screen movie/media theater tor the kids.

Tidewater is within 600 yards to the new 900,000 sq ft PIER POINT SHOPPING VILLAGE. Pier Park features fantastic restaurants and great shopping. Restaurants include Jimmy Buffet's Margaretville, Panera Bread, Back Porch Seafood House and many others. Stores include Target, Starbucks, Dillard's, Old Navy and many, many more. Also features a 16-screen Cinema complex.

And of course we don't want to forget...Tidewater Beach Resort is located on 636 feet of beautiful white sand on one of the most desirable beach in the world.

Even during the winter months you will enjoy your stay. We have a large fitness facility with two great mineral spa tubs, sauna and steam bath. Also an indoor pool and a movie theater the entire family will enjoy. And don't forget the game room.

We had a great time staying here! The condo was beautifully decorated and had a stunning view. We were very comfortable throughout our stay. The extra-long balcony was definitely a plus. Beach access was convenient, the elevator was right in front of the room. Just ride it down (there can be a short wait sometimes, but the elevator itself is fast), and when you get off, you’re only a short hallway away from the beach. The owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We’d definitely stay again and highly recommend it!

Beautiful condo. The manager was great to communicate with. Plenty of activities to keep the kids entertained on property. Resort was clean and staff was excellent. Would go back in a heartbeat!

Home away from home

Power went out ac didnt work first day only gave you one trash bag and the master bed was hard as a rock guest bath sink stopper didnt work , the rest of the time and space we had was great .

Trash bags are never supplied during stays in condo units that's an item most would put on their grocery lists. Hopefully, this will help the next time you rent a condo:) All of the beds have memory foam mattresses that were replaced a year ago. Thank you for letting me know about the sink stopper. I will have maintenance repair the sink stopper this week. Thanks again for renting my unit, Jason. We really do appreciate your patronage.

The view was great. The host was great. The long wait for an elevator was horrible. TV broken, Dryer broken, knobs falling off place just needs a little TLC. We checked out after one day.

Wonderful Winter Vacation

This is our 3rd year staying at the Tidewater Beach Resort, but first in this particular condo. The staff of Tidewater were as friendly as they always are, the views are spectacular from the condo. We will definitely keep our Christmas tradition of coming to the Tidewater.

Vicki and her Condo was perfect! The view was amazing! We had not been on a family trip in quite a few years and this one hit the bullseye. Everyone had room and loved the convience of the room to the beach and Pier Park.

Great location! Very nice room! It was decorated nice and equipped with everything we needed for the week. Elevators were only an issue on check in check out days with longer wait times! Would stay again!

Perfect for a small family

4th of July beach vacation

The condo was wonderful and the host responsive. The elevators can be a bit slow, but the condo association worked to provide attendants to manage the busy hours

I had a few other relatives rent out condos at Tidewater and our condo was the BEST! The cleanliness, layout, and decorations were wonderful! We felt so comfortable there. And made so many memories :-)

Beach Getaway

Condo was great for our short vacation. Unit was nice and beds were comfortable. Property manager was prompt on any communication. We didnt have any issues with the unit, it was very nice for our family of 4. Thank you for the letting us stay there.
