Desert Crunch is a fully remodeled 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath adobe home. Resting on top of a plateau overlooking Marfa this home offers beautiful views from the covered porch. Located on the southwest side of town in the quiet neighborhood that was once part of the Fort D A Russell military base down the street from the Chinati Foundation. The home was originally built in the 1930’s as part of the base for an officer with a family.

-Check-in is anytime after 3PM and check out by 10AM

- Strictly no smoking in or around home
- Please refrain from touching any of the artwork on the walls.
- No guest beyond those specified in the reservation, doing so will result in immediate forfeiture of your reservation with no refund.
- Check in at 4:00 pm
- Check out at 10:00 am
- Guest must take out trash before leaving in dumpster in alley and put all dishes in dishwasher.
- No outdoor fires of any kind (including smoking) due to extreme fire risk.
- No congregating outdoors on patio or in yard during quiet hours.
- Used linens should be left in hampers so it is clear what needs to be washed.
You must also acknowledge
-Dangerous animals on property - Watch for snakes, spiders, scorpions, and javelina. Never leave shoes outside.
-Must climb stairs - 3 steps at front and back door in enter home.
-Surveillance or recording devices on property - There are security cameras in the front of the home (not on patio) and by the back door for security purposes.
-Noise sensors are in the home
