Beautiful Neacoxie Creek Front, Hot Tub, Short Walk to Beach, Kayak from Yard

Memories are waiting to be created in this lovely 4 bedroom/3 bathroom home situated just a few blocks from beautiful Gearhart beach and Little Beach. Drink coffee on your deck in the morning and roast marshmallows by the beach rock fire pit at night. The expansive backyard is secluded and peaceful and backs up to beautiful Neacoxie Creek leading out to the estuary. You can kayak right out your backyard if you'd like! Run or walk on the beach, rain or shine, the large hot tub is always waiting for you when you return. There is a basketball hoop, a ping pong table, and great bikes for the whole family to enjoy. In the kitchen, there is a large commercial Wolf range and big dining table located by a beach rock fireplace. Enjoy the large living room which is a perfect place to read a good book by the fireplace or sit and chat with friends and family. Our beach themed bedroom with a queen size bed and full size bathroom is located downstairs. Gorgeous wood paneled walls/ceiling and wood beams bring such a cozy cabin type feel!

Upstairs, there is a large and comfortable family/TV/Game room which has built in cabinets filled with games and puzzles and a large flat screen TV. There is a full selection of family movies and cable television available for your use. A queen size bedroom, a large bunk room with 5 twin beds, and a lovely and large vaulted ceiling master bedroom with a king size bed and private deck and bathroom will make you feel ultra pampered. All beds and linens are comfortable and high quality. To ensure you vacation is worry free, our well appointed home includes all the necessities you would expect: bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs/umbrellas, bikes, outdoor shower, and gas BBQ to name a few.

We know you will love Gearhart! It is a darling and quaint town with safe and quiet streets, friendly neighbors, antique shops, and a wonderful coffee shop and delicious bakery. 20 miles of pristine, sandy beach offers all kinds of activities: picturesque hiking trails, bird watching, beach combing , walking, swimming, kayaking, storm watching, kite flying, whale watching, horse back riding, clam digging, and surf fishing. Two different beaches are within close walking proximity of the home: Gearhart Beach is the large main beach offering beautiful sand dunes and crashing waves. For smaller kids, Little Beach offers a calmer beach where they can play/swim. At the northern end of Gearhart Beach, people can drive onto the hard packed sand all the way up to Warrenton for wine and stargazing parties.

Lovely stay for a group of 6 active adults

Really loved the covered outdoor heated patio. Renovations were beautiful. Walked to beach, mcmennamins, and throughout delightful neighborhood.

We have stayed at the Beautiful Neacoxie Creek house four different times over the last few years and every time it is more wonderful than the last. It really is ideal. Great for kids, pets and adults with easy access to the beach and the town of Gearhart,and a great back yard for the kids to play that is fully fenced for your pup. We love it. And the bonus is the great communication with the owners. Beautiful touches throughout the property o make your time in Gearhart truly special. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Neacoxie creek front home

We celebrated our World War II Navy Veteran brother’s 99th birthday in Astoria, and had family from Minnesota and Washington visiting. Gearhart was a wonderful retreat for us. Loved the house all accommodations and amenities. Would love to go back.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home nestled right along Neacoxie creek. The view alone is worth the trip, but what made it even better was the cozy fire pit and outdoor heater on the back deck. The outdoor space quickly became our favorite spot to relax and socialize in the evenings.Inside, the house was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the amenities for cooking full meals, and the soft white towels in the bathrooms gave the house a spa-like feel.As a dog owner, I really appreciated how pet-friendly the property was. The fenced-in yard gave our pup plenty of room to roam safely, which made our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free.If you're looking for a peaceful, well-equipped, and pet-friendly place to unwind by the beach, this is it.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and had all the amenities needed. It was a quick stay so didn’t get to enjoy everything, but we did use the bikes and kayak. I would highly recommend it.

Wonderful Stay on Oregon Coast

This property exceeds expectations. Photos don’t do it justice. Plenty of space for a large family or group. Lots of outdoor area, amazing kitchen and wonderful hot tub. Kayak and bikes to explore the area. Highly recommend!

Spring break family getaway

This house was a perfect fit for our family, including our golden retriever. The kitchen area (and large table) provided a great space for eating and playing games. It was nice having bikes, games, etc. so accessible. The weather was great too! We would definitely rent this house again in the future.

Beautiful home and beautiful weather

We have stayed at this house several times and it never disappoints. Plenty of room for everyone. A bit of a walk to the beach with 2 small dogs and 2 children, but we manage. The oven was not working for us, but the owner was very responsive and came up with a solution for baking our lasagne.

A very special place

What a find! This house has everything - well equipped, beautifully furnished, thoughtful touches, incredible location. We throughly enjoyed this house--everything we wanted and more. It was a pleasure working with Kari the property manager. We got tubbed, kayaked, rode bikes and played ping pong. Pretty good for a bunch of 55 plus year olds. Thank you we had a wonderful time laughing around the fire.

We Loved It.

Our family (6 adults and 1 child) spent 5 nights at this wonderful house. Everything was perfect and we were all very happy with our rooms and bathrooms. The many extras and great attention to detail made this a truly relaxing and luxurious vacation for us. Having a living room and family room gave the adults in the party a breather. Wonderful break in a beautiful home

This is an amazing rental. Very well appointed. Not lacking in anything. Would love to stay again this summer, but I see this home is all booked. The walk to the beach was a bit for the 5 and 8 year old, but they were well entertained at the house and didn't seem to miss the beach. Gearhart is a sweet little community.

Another amazing stay

This was our second time staying here and won’t be our last! Kari’s home is beautiful, always incredibly clean, and located in the most magical neighborhood. We were able to paddle board and kayak right from the back yard, spotted elk and deer on a daily basis, enjoyed leisurely walks and bike rides to the beach and shops nearby, and were able to visit the neighboring towns with just a short car ride. Kari’s home is the perfect size for our family and the variety of games and toys for the kids makes packing our car much easier! 10/10 would highly recommend!

Fantastic stay!!

We went to the Oregon coast to have a family reunion and this house did not disappoint. The house was as described. It was the best equipped house we have had the pleasure of staying at. The location is great, close to tons of things to see and do. The house was spotless! Absolutely recommend. The beds were great. Loved the neighborhood. New Years at Gearhart

This year was the third year our family has celebrated New Years at Gearhart and the second time we did so while staying at this house. The house meets our needs perfectly in terms of size, location and amenities including, but not limited to, the hot tub and the fireplace that opens into both the family room and living room, and responsiveness of the host. We hosted some friends for NYE dinner and the kitchen had all that we needed for a lovely and successful evening. If we return to Gearhart for New Years 2024, this house will be our first choice for a place to stay. Thanks!

We bought this home because we love Gearhart! It is on a beautiful, private and peaceful lot and has beautiful fir trim and timber beams throughout the home. We would have bought this wonderful vacation home even if it wasn't at the beach…the beach is just a huge bonus! It offers the opportunity to make a ton of family memories and will be enjoyed year round.

What makes this property unique

We love the fire pit, the porch swing on the back deck, kayaking out to the estuary from our backyard and sitting by the fireplace at the kitchen table playing games!
