Great Stay!

The property was exactly as described. Owners very accommodating as I needed to shift my stay by one day due to me booking wrong dates. Property was clean and well kept. The coffee bar with popcorn was a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again.

Fall Getaway

This was a great place to spend a short weekend to soak in the beginning of the fall season. The living room and fireplace were the most comfortable and we spent most of our time there. I’m glad that I asked the property manager ahead of time if they included wood because they didn’t. Doesn’t say in the listing either. (This is the first rental that doesn’t at least have a small bundle which is a nice touch) The property manager communicates that just fine though. After spending most of the day on the road we were extremely anxious to check in. The manager said we could go early (around 2) but said someone would be there servicing the washer and stove. Why they did this right before we were to check in was a poor choice. So we waited til 3 so we wouldn’t be bothered. The service guy was still there at 3pm and said “I just need 10 minutes”. He left at 3:45 while we sat upstairs and just waited to get showered and into a new change of clothes. When we finally were alone we showered and loved the hot water and soft towels. The bedrooms are a nice size and tucked away upstairs away from everything else. I wouldn’t stay here again. It felt like I was staying at a weird relative’s place.

Wonderful Cozy Townhouse!

We just returned from a weekend in Lake Harmony - had a wonderful stay in this cute & cozy townhouse. Very clean with all the comforts of home! Owner was quick to answer our questions and very accommodating when we requested an early check in and late check out. Would highly recommend! Thank you!!

Picture Perfect

My friend and I were looking for a quiet place for a girl's weekend and thus was it! The location was beautiful and centrally located. The house was welcoming and comfortable. We will be making this a regular fall trip.

Many of the dishes in the cabinets were dirty. The furnishings were not those in the listing photo... no leather couch. Photos make it appear much larger than the reality. Issues with the water being cloudy for our entire stay.

Much needed time with friends

The place was clean and in good shape. We all needed a break from life and needed a place to simply relax and enjoy clean air and the endless walking trails and waterfalls in the area. Only problem was not enough time. Wish we stayed longer.

Quaint Pocono Townhome

Had a girls weekend at this very quaint townhome. The home was clean. The kitchen has basic supplies. We were planning to go to the lake but got rained out. Nonetheless we enjoyed a fun indoor day watching Netflix on the smart TV and some time on the patio once the rain stopped. Directions in the listing were not the most accurate. Contact owner for directions before your stay. We had a wonderful time.

VERY DISPLEASED & DISAPPOINTED

Rude about contacting him at certain time (which was a text not a call) Micheal Complained about me using washer too soon Which I was only asking him if the washer could be used because it had a "no water" sign on it. The washer was one of the amenities that we could use, so if we needed to use it the day we got there, that shouldn't have been a problem. Water was clogging up while we used the shower, I told Micheal and he Blamed us for it. When the plumber came, he said the stopper chain was broken and it was nothing we did. No apology from Micheal for blaming us. Plans delayed cause we had to wait for the plumber to get there and finish. Nasty yellow Stains on pillow cases and pillows. Bed felt as if it was going to fall if you moved too much, so couldn't sleep to comfortable. Headboard not sturdy at all. Cloudy water in sinks. Had to use bottled water to brush teeth Hot water in shower lasted for one person, so the other 3 of us were showering in cold water. Which wasn't comfortable at all because it was only about 70° during the day and about 50° at night there. Fan noise in the bathroom was extremely loud. Only YouTube & 1 news ch worked on 1st fl & 1 ch on 2nd fl. It was horrible. Was going to book this same place for my bday in December but, No longer will because Micheal was so rude, the house itself was nice but, with everything else, it wasn't pleasant. Something needs to be done, we were not at all satisfied with this stay. This was my 1st time booking with vrbo, always used another site and never had any of these problems. Someone needs to contact me asap. HIGHLEY DISAPPOINTED AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO NO ONE.

Nice place to stay as it is close to a lot of places. We visited Lake Harmony, Jim thorpe, Farmer's market and outlet. Cabin is clean and kitchen is good. Good place to stay for a smalll family.

Best Mini-Vaca!

We celebrated our 14th anniversary in the beautiful Poconos! I really liked this condo and the location. It was quiet and peaceful, and a wooded sanctuary. The rental was clean and cozy. We will definitely come back and stay here again!
