Welcome to the Riverfront Farmhouse on the Saco River. This newly renovated home offers everything you need for a getaway in the White Mountains. 10 minutes to downtown North Conway where you will find numerous restaurants, stores, and outlets. In the warm months, you can float right out back with private access to the Saco River. In the cold months, you are minutes away from ski resorts and snowmobile trails. In the fall you can see the foliage change all around you. You will love it here!

You will love this newly renovated modern farmhouse style home with cathedral ceilings and high end rustic finishes. Enjoy the cozy gas fireplace while kicking back and watching TV with premium cable and a Sonos sound system. Do all the cooking and baking you love in the kitchen with full appliances and cookware. Get a great night sleep on the brand new memory foam beds. Enjoy the Saco River right in the backyard! There is a large back deck right off of the house and another deck down to the river. In the warmer months, you can swim, fish, canoe or float right from the backyard. It is a deepwater section of the river. In the winter months, there are numerous ski resorts (Cranmore, Attitash, Loon, King Pine, Wildcat etc.) from 10 minutes away to 45 minutes away and plenty of snowmobile trails nearby. There is also a fire pit outside to enjoy all year round. Located off of Route302 in a quiet wooded neighborhood. Saco Bound Canoe & Kayak is right at the end of the street, only a 5 minute walk. You can rent tubes, canoes & kayaks all summer. Downtown North Conway is only 10 minutes away. There you will find many options of restaurants, outlet stores, and much more. Cathedral ledge and Diana's bath is only 20 minutes away. Mount Washington Hotel is less than an hour away. Story land is only 20 minutes away as well. Take a scenic drive around to see the beauty that the White Mountains National Park has to offer. There is something to do in all 4 seasons!

Great conway get away

We spent a great winter vacation in Steven's house. The house was imaculate, had everything we needed and the location is great, whithin very reasonable distance from several ski areas, close to N.Conway and all it's attractions and near groceries/restaurants.

Great stay!

This house was perfect for our group of 5. We make this trip every year and this is by far the best house we have rented. The house had everything we needed and the access to the river was amazing. Steven was very informative and quick to respond when we had a question. We will be back next year!

Right on the river!

This property was perfection! Beautiful, clean and perfectly located for our river tubing trip! We were a group of 6, and slept very comfortably! We had a problem our first night with the thermostat going into sleep mode and setting the temp to 75° (which is hard to sleep in for us). We figured it out quickly and were able to set it to 68 for the next night, no problem. Great location (basically across from Saco Bound). We want to make this a yearly trip and definitely consider rebooking! Thank you so much for having us.

Lovely Girls Getaway

A wonderful place for a getaway with some girl friends! The house is beautifully updated and we loved having the river access right out back. (not to mention the central AC as it was almost 100 degrees out during our stay!!) Great location to get to so many places in the North Conway area. Property owner was very responsive and helpful! Would highly recommend this lovely rental!!
