No washer and dryer. Please keep the premises as you found it. Absolutely no alcohol under the age of 21. Quiet time 10 PM. Please be considerate of the neighbors. 2 night minimum please! We will also accept a reservation for one night for $350.00 . Please extinguish campfires in the evening, or before checking out. Please provide firewood. Bottled drinking water is advised for cooking and drinking if well water is not for you . Brand new electric stove and microwave! New charcoal grill . Freshly painted throughout.
