Paradise. This condo is located on Del Monte Beach - a beautiful stretch of sand just north of Fisherman's Wharf. The complex was a film location for HBO's "Big Little Lies"! Let the waves lull you to sleep. Enjoy your coffee on the front or back porch. Walk to the wharf for a bite to eat. Watch whales, sea lions, and seals play just off shore! This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with access to heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and gym. It is truly a gem.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please take picture of all keys and FOB and text owner upon departure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hours between 11 pm and 7 am.
Please rinse off sand with community water hose.
Association does not allow draping of wet towels, etc. over the balconies.

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed feeling like we were at home, but on the beach! The furnishings were practical and comfortable. We had everything we needed and then some! The pool and hot tub were great to lounge in after hiking and walking the beach.

I am so happy that I rented this property for my family. If you love the sounds of the beach, this rental is for you. I loved sitting on the porch and gazing out towards the ocean. The master bedroom also has a balcony that you can relax in which looks out towards the heated pool and hot tub. This rental offers an amazing view of the Pacific and has a private beach access just a few steps from the doorway. The property is also a short drive away from major attractions. (Old Fisherman’s Wharf, Cannery Road shops, Aquarium). The private beach access goes out to Del Monte beach which is ranked as one of the top beaches to watch the sunset. Thank you Lori for sharing your property with us. I hope to return one day.

This was such a gem! The PERFECT location! We loved waking up and walking right out to the beach, watching sunsets, and being super close to all that Monterey has to offer! We had a group of 5 and it was so great for us! Couldn’t have asked for a better place!

This property is unique in that it is only one of a few oceanfront properties on the Monterey peninsula! It is a true getaway! Walk to the Monterey Wharf! Close to fishing, boating, whale watching, 17-mile drive! The list goes on and on!
