This is a quiet residential community. No Parties. No events. We can accommodate 6 full size cars OR 8 compact cars in the driveway. No street parking permitted. This is enforced 24 hours a day.

Being located in an upscale community, this spacious 3-story, 4400 sqft home is great for groups and multiple families. There are 19 beds and no unsightly bunk beds. Eight of the beds are neatly tucked away in trundles, rollaway beds or sofa beds. This beautiful home includes 9 flat screen HDTV’s with Cable TV. See pictures for details. There are SEVEN bedrooms, SIX full bathrooms and a powder room (toilet & sink). Bedrooms #1 & #7 are located downstairs. All other bedrooms are upstairs. All bedrooms have an en suite bathroom, except for bedroom #2.
Bedrooms #1 has a queen bed, twin rollaway bed and 43-inch TV.
Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and 55-inch TV. This room does NOT have a private bathroom and is not intended for small children, as there is no child safety gate outside this room, at the stairs.
Bedroom #3 “master bedroom” has a queen bed and 55-inch TV in the main area, and a full bed with a twin bed trundle in the retreat.
Bedroom #4 has a queen bed, twin bed and 43-inch TV.
Bedroom #5 has a queen bed, a twin rollaway bed and 55-inch TV.
Bedroom #6 “The Kids Room” is located in the 3rd floor and has 6 beds. There’s a Full bed with a twin trundle, 2 twin beds with twin trundles and 65-inch TV. .
Bedroom #7 is a garage conversion (a 1-car garage converted into a bedroom) with a separate entrance. It’s clean, safe, private and equipped with a queen bed, microwave, small refrigerator, and private attached bathroom. There are two sofa beds in the living room and one pack n play (portable crib).

You have access to the entire home, and backyard. You can use the large washer and dryer. Amenities include: A/C, washer, dryer, WiFi, XL BBQ grill, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, slice toaster, Crockpot, 3 compartment slow cooker (like Crockpot), blender, rice cooker, a fully stocked kitchen, indoor dining for 26 guests, kitchen island, covered outdoor patio dining area for 26 guests, Foosball table, first aid kit, and fire extinguisher. You can park 1 car in the garage and 6-8 cars in the driveway. No street parking, Permit only. I also include: linens, pillows, blankets, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, shower caps, USB outlets for convenient charging, irons, ironing boards, hair dryers, laundry hamper, luggage rack. Kitchen includes: refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, cookware, serving ware, dishes, glasses, knives, silverware, blender, rice cooker, Crockpot, toaster oven and coffee maker.
For families with little ones, there are two Pack ‘n Plays (portable crib), 2 high chairs and 2 child gates.

Check in time is 4:00pm.
Check out time is 11:00am. Late check outs must be approved in advance.

There are several locked closets inside the home where I keep supplies and maintenance items. Each room has adequate space for your belongings, like dressers and/or closets. If you intend to have an extended stay (30+ days), I can empty closets for you, just let me know. There are security cameras in the front yard, backyard, garage and in the owners locked closets. The cameras in the closets are only activated once the owners closets are opened. There are NO CAMERAS in the living spaces which the guests occupy (bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living room, etc.). There are noise meters installed which measure the decibel levels. It does not record sound or allow anyone to listen in. I will receive a notification if it gets extremely loud or if the sensors are tampered with.
