This casual resort complex is 3.5 miles from SeaWorld, 6.4 miles from Epcot and 7.3 miles from the Magic Kingdom.

- Please note that every attempt will be made to accommodate requests for suite location and early arrivals; however, these requests are based on availability and occupancy. Unfortunately, the resort is unable to guarantee room location.

- Minimum age requirement for check-in is 21 years of age.
- Pets are not permitted and strictly enforced with the exception of working Service Animals. Certified Emotional Support and Therapy Animals are not allowed.

ADDITIONAL COSTS: $12 per day resort fee due at check in.

Resort Fee includes mini golf, ping pong, pools and hot tubs, use of BBQ grills, fitness center, business computer/internet and boarding pass printing, luggage storage, organized activities, and use of recreational facilities at Cypress Pointe Resort and complimentary coffee in the lobby daily until noon.

Grande Villas Resort shares the property with Cypress Pointe Resort.

The Welcome Center will send a detailed arrival letter to you via email with check in instructions, late arrival info, everything you will need once you make your final payment on your reservation. Noisy, limited parking at night

My husband and I were really disappointed with this place. It was basically just an apartment complex and parking was really limited at night. We could hear everything and everyone outside of our room. My husband slept with ear plugs in. Considering he’s a musician and is used to loud noise, that is saying a lot. The pools are not near as nice as the photos make them look. This was also a huge bummer. The room was not bad and the bathroom with the large tub were nice. That’s about all I can say about this place that’s positive. I would never stay here again.

BEAUTIFUL CLEAN RESORT!!

You’re very welcome! We absolutely love the resort!! It’s beautiful. The staff are friendly and helpful. The resort is clean everywhere! You can see the pride they take in this resort. The location is perfect. Everything Disney is close by. There are tons of restaurants, shopping, bars/clubs, boutiques near by and some even within walking distance! Love this place :)

Great! The room was clean and the bathroom was beautiful! Customer service was also great. The only thing I was unaware of is the $25 fee they charge at the counter. Other than that the stay was awesome. I plan to use them again!

Nice room but nickle and dime operation overall

The room we got was very nice and we appreciated that. But any money you save by choosing the Grande Villas Resort, they'll get out of you in other ways. The shuttle to the theme parks is $12 per person (parking at them is $20 and is good all day, so if you're going with anyone, let alone a whole family, you're much better off driving and parking yourself) and the times of the shuttle are curiously inconvenient. They charge a $6 per day room fee that says it includes wireless in your room, but after being unable to connect, the desk told me that it was only "where applicable" and that I would have to pay an additional $5 per day to get wireless in my room. I'm just waiting for additional mysterious "fees" to show up on my credit card. My recommendation to families coming to Orlando to go to the parks is, don't get sucked in by the lower room rate here. Spend a little extra and get a nicer place that won't charge you an additional fee for everything under the sun.

You won't be disappointed!

We were pleasantly surprised on our experience at this property! We had a horrible flight in arriving at 2am, but Stefan at the check in made the entire bad experience go away. He is definitely management material! He let us in our condo early. The property was very nice with many activities. I love all the grills on the property. We love to cook when we stay in a condo. The condo was a bit smaller than it appeared on the photos, but it worked for us. We were originally supposed to take two teenaged boys, but due to baseball, they could not go. We would have made it work, but I would recommend a two bedroom if you have more than 2 people. The kitchen was well stocked. The room was very clean with many towels. We were surprised with housekeeping one day during out stay. My only complaint is this was the first condo we have rented that didn't have seasonings/foil etc. left over by previous renters for new renters to use. I was curious about this property due to the Undercover Boss episodes. I thought the episodes did represent the company well. Everyone we spoke to love being members there. I highly recommend this property.

Overcrowded and Disorganized

From the beginning this VRBO was off. It took multiple conversations, which resulted in switching me between 3 different properties. Questions were not answered in full. Finally when I did show up, they had reserved me in a different property, but sent me the information and address for another property. The final destination was crowded. Parking was disorganized. I was unable to find a place to park 4 of the 5 nights I stayed at this property. Lots of parties and people that were not registered as guests that were crashing other rooms. Noisy. Front desk staff and parking staff were not helpful and created more confusion than confidence. I would suggest to anyone looking at this property to seriously reconsider. The booking agent was equally non-prepared. Kept apologizing, but didn't offer to help fix anything.

Great place to stay!

Very nice property with all of the amenities. Staff very friendly. The bed was extremely comfortable! Nice pools and big hot tub. On site store for snacks, essentials. Property was clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice Accommodations, not so nice property manager!

My husband and I traveled to Orlando from Anchorage Alaska. It was not only across the country, it was across the continent. We were traveling with a 8.5 month old. We were tired, and yet very excited to reach our resort. The morning of our scheduled arrival I wrote the property manager and asked if she thought we could request "early check in". It seemed like a reasonable question, as this is a common request in most hotels. After asking her opinion I offered to call the front desk and inquire as well, to not bother her with finding out for us. Her response was very short, unfriendly, and seemed annoyed. She said we would not be able to get into our room early. "If you call, they'll tell you the same thing I did." Well, I DID call, and they DID NOT tell me the same thing she did. They were extremely helpful, accommodating and friendly. They offered to move us to a room that was ready in order to get us in as soon as we arrived. They also took my number and offered to call me as soon as the room was ready to relieve any stress I may have. When we arrived the staff of the resort was incredibly nice and welcoming. They got us into our room immediately. The stay at the resort was very nice. However, I was bothered that our initial "welcome" by this property manager was so short, unhelpful and inflexible. If you are looking to book with Grande Villas Resort, do yourself a favor and call the friendly people who work there for a reservation, not this unwelcoming and unhelpful property manager.
