NEWLY REMODELED - OCEAN FRONT- 3 BEDROOM,3 BATH,CONDO - N.MYRTLE BEACH
Our condo is located 2 miles from barefoot landing on the secluded beach of Windy Hill in the Beach Club 1 Building. Windy Hill has no through traffic and is, in fact, kind of on it's own area of beach. Beaches are not crowded on the north end of windy hill where we are located. This area is very family friendly and does not have the same amount of traffic many other areas of myrtle and N. Myrtle beach have.
Bedrooms have new queen mattresses in 2 and a new king mattress in the master. All rooms are equipped with flat screen tv's. The master, bedroom on left and living room have 42' flat screen tv's and bedroom on the right has a 32' tv.
The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, glass where, fridge, microwave and everything you need to prepare your meals or heat up last nights leftovers!
Our balcony has outdoor furniture so you can relax and read that favorite book, people watch from the 3rd floor or relax to the sights and sounds of the ocean.
We have BRAND NEW floors and rugs as well as newly painted walls.
If you have extra family members in your group or you need a place to put the extra kids, just pull out the sofa and reveal another queen size bed on our BRAND NEW Sectional Couch!
Outdoors you will enjoy the wooden walkway over the dunes for easy access to the beach. There is also a very well kept pull and hoses with showers to spray you and your beach chairs down when you come off the beach!
You will not be sorry you stayed with us!! Come out and experience the way the beach is supposed to be!

Hello! You are renting from the Barger and Hatley families, Garrett, Kerry, Tate, Keegan, Ridge and Ron. We live in Salisbury, NC and have waited for just the right property to own for the last 10 years. We found the perfect piece in Beach Club 1, 3C!
Why they chose this property
We have stayed in N. Myrtle Beach at Beach Club 1 for many years and have had our eye out for a condo at this location. The thing is, they just don't come up for sale very often. Beach Club is it's own little piece of heaven and we were finally lucky enough to get the opportunity to purchase a unit in June of 2015. We like to stay at a beach which offers a quality beach with no crowds. Beach Club 1 is off the main path. This is the only beach in Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach that does not allow the Ocean Blvd. drive through.
What makes this property unique
You will love the way the condo is kept in tip top shape, the views and the ease of getting out onto Highway 17. You will also love the fact that traffic is not coming by at all hours of the night! Kids even skate board in the street. We have seen many kids passing football in the street as opposed to the beach. And our unique location is at the end of Windy Hill which means the beach is simply not crowded. The larger resorts are located to our right about two blocks away. That means privacy.
