Awesome location!

Beautiful stylish and comfortable. Non pretentious. BUT check in and the crazy strict parking and flexibility of early arrival was bad. And 1,000 key pads. 1 never worked and 1 was a shoddy key holder “for emergencies.” One woman arrived two hours early n got towed! Also, no one onsite for extra towels etc. Lastly of no fault of theirs, but still inconvenient the spectrum WiFi didn’t work till my last day resulting in paying for extra data.

Hello Antoinette, This is Allison from Belloise Realty. There are parking passes inside the units. We also tell the guest don't park there with out a pass. We always tell the guest if the property is ready early we will let you in. But when the property is not ready we can't let you in because the housekeeper are trying to get the unit ready for the new guest. There are only 2 codes the gate code and the entry door code. Yes, we also installed a key box with a key just in case the entry door code stops working so you will always have a way to get inside the unit. Wifi was down because the cable company was having some problems. Which we try to handle right away. Thank you, Allison
