Spacious home on Galveston`s west end in the Pointe San Luis community. Comfortable vacation place for your home away from home.

Beach access is a few doors away at the end of the street - one minute and you arrive at the sand and open waters. The back porch has an open view of the gulf and is a beautiful place to watch the sunrise over the horizon.

The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and an open floor plan. It is perfect for 2 families with 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, 1 twin/full bunk bed, and 1 twin/twin bunk bed.

Guest(s) will have access to the community pool.

Most single-family homes on the beach are built on pilings. Guests must climb a full set of stairs to reach the first floor/main living area. Please contact us for properties with elevator access or bedrooms on the ground floor. Coastal Waves Vacations has no control over the functionality of elevators.

Check-in must occur in person at the Coastal Waves Vacations, LLC office at 3616 7 Mile Rd., Galveston 77554 between 4:00 pm and 5:30 pm unless other arrangements have been approved in writing prior to arrival. Late arrivals without approval in writing incur an additional charge in cash due at check-in.

We really enjoyed our stay at San Luis point. The beach was beautiful and private. The kids loved the pool. It was close enough to the tourist activities in downtown Galveston but yet far enough away for us to enjoy family time.

Great Location House needs many repairs
This was a return trip for us to the home in Galveston. The location is super convenient to the beach with a 5 min walk to the beach, or to the community pool. The house though, needs several repairs....many were the same defects we reported on our first trip. These include: 1. Upstairs Patio Gate broken and off hinges...a danger if you have little ones. 2. Glass door cracked leading to the porch in spare bedroom. 3. Kitchen faucet is loose and is about to come off 4. Trash Can is tiny...in the kitchen. be prepared for many trips up/down to keep it serviceable. 5. Most bulbs downstairs on the patio and porch area are burned out and need to be replaced...only 1 of 5 works. 6. The ceiling room fan in the kids room is about to wobble off the mount. 7. Hardwoods in the master are still damaged; door from master onto the balcony does not open due to water damage. this could be a nice house, but the owners need to step up their game and complete these repairs given the asking price for their nightly and weekly rent.
