Breathtaking panoramic oceanfront views illuminate the newly renovated condominium at 1101 Ocean Club, “Carolina Dreamin”. Phase 1 renovations included gutting all the bathrooms, re-doing the bedrooms and closets, adding new built-ins, and removing old soffits on the ceiling. The living room ceiling was redone eliminating old soffits and new built-ins were added to accommodate a bigger tv. All new blinds and curtains. New HVAC. The balconies had the outdoor carpet removed and fresh tiles put down. The outdoor furniture was new last year.

Ocean Club at Wild Dunes is the community's premier luxurious condominium complex. It is located at the very tip of the island, and is only accessible through a private gate. The grounds and amenities are meticulously maintained. Being the very first property in Ocean Club, “Carolina Dreamin” features extra windows, a larger floor plan and each bedroom has access to a private balcony. Renovated, tastefully decorated with picturesque views of the ocean, the main living area at “Carolina Dreamin” features comfortable seating and large tv to watch your favorite shows after a day on the beach. The dining area is flanked with a new fun chandelier and highlighted with a table that has seating for eight.

Every bedroom in “Carolina Dreamin” has new furniture and a fresh new look. Each bedroom has a private bathroom and access to one of the numerous decks that surround this wonderful condominium. Enjoy salty beach dreams from any of the three bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king bed, new bedding, large upgraded master bathroom with soaking tub and stand-alone shower, plus direct access to the largest balcony overlooking the Atlantic. A guest bedroom features two queen beds, new bedding, private bath and direct access to a wide open deck overlooking the beach. Finally, the 3rd bedroom, features a brand new built in- extra long bunk bed, a queen bed, all with new bedding, private bath and a small balcony.

When you are ready to head to the beach, you will discover a new paradise. While relaxing on the beach at Ocean Club, you can oversee golfers doing their best to finish on the 18th green of the Wild Dunes Links Golf Course, watch dolphins dance in and out of Dewees Inlet or enjoy watching the kids catch a wave on their boogie boards.

The swim center at Ocean Club is also very special, with a large pool and separate hot tub. It is easily the nicest pool complex on the Isle of Palms! Grills are also available close to the pool in case you wanted to grill fish following a charter fishing expedition. The Wild Dunes Links Golf Course is only a long par five from Ocean Club.

- City Ordinances prohibit house parties, weddings, or receptions to take place at a licensed vacation rental property. If a house party, wedding, or reception takes place in a licensed vacation rental property, all guests will be required to immediately vacate.

- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- The Ocean Club pool is unheated and is open yearround from 8am to dusk. The pool deck features a community grill and a hot tub.
- Golf carts/LSVs are not permitted at this complex.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Ocean Club pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.
- While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-free environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction.

- There are two parking spots available. Parking in the garage is for Owners Only.
- To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.
