This ideally-situated, brand new private home is the perfect fit for a wide variety of gatherings. This home is the area's most spectacular choice, being one of just a handful of homes located right in the heart of picturesque crested butte that can accommodate large groups.
The professionally-decorated four-bedroom, three and one-half bath home easily sleeps eight to ten people. It is located in the butte's quiet west end, adjacent to biking, hiking and nordic trails, peanut lake and a beautiful playground-equipped neighborhood park.
After a day of exploring the hidden treasures of this colorful old mining town, or a day well spent on the trails or the slopes, come home to an inviting gathering around the large living room fireplace (there's another in the master bedroom). Or gather friends and family around as you or one of our local chefs prepare a meal in the huge gourmet kitchen complete with upscale appliances that even include a six-burner gas cooktop. This finely detailed custom home is outfitted with every amenity ...The finest bed furnishings, wifi, sonos, and smart TVs throughout ...To offer you every comfort and convenience.
The very romantic master bedroom has a king bed, fireplace, an en suite bath, steam shower and gorgeous views of gothic mountain and paradise divide off the private deck. The junior master bedroom has a queen bed and en suite bath and steam shower. The third bedroom has two sets of twin trundles and shares a bath with the fourth bedroom, which has two double beds, great set-up for kids.
A wonderful mud/laundry room helps with crowd management, providing a kid-proof entry and ample space for stashing all your gear. The large dining area seats ten people, and there is also a large exterior patio and dining area with gas grill for easy entertaining. Throughout, you will find plenty of wide open spaces for cooking, dining and just plain relaxing.

Great location!

We had a great time staying here. Our family experienced snow for the first time and we were lucky enough to stay there during a pretty epic snowstorm. The kids had a blast making snow slides in the yard and going sledding. We had pizza delivered which was delicious, stayed in watching movies with the kids by the fireplace. Great memories made here!

We have stayed here several times and love it. A 3 generation family of 8 just loves it. Room to relax, the kiddos to play, to dine and to store your gear for the day’s activities. Modern and top of the line appliances in the spacious, open kitchen is a dream for the chef in the family. We love the steamers in the shower after a day on the slopes! Not to mention the home is decorated beautifully with plenty of space. An easy walk downtown and to our favorite restaurants yet far enough away that you aren’t in the “congestion” of Elk. Ample parking for 2 large SUVS is also a plus! We love it here!

We had a fabulous time in Crested Butte and feel so lucky to have stayed in this beautiful home! It perfectly accommodated our group (two families of five)-it was cozy but spacious with plenty of room for us all to relax in our own space or hang out together. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals for our crew. The location is very convenient to the mountain and is an easy walk to town. Elizabeth was easy to coordinate with and very helpful and available! I highly recommend this home!
