Were 100% & Better than ever, Redecorated, New LR furniture, Bikes - Great Rates

Our condo is Great for families with children of all ages plus couples and singles looking for a relaxing vacation on a private beach. We have an Updated Water Front condo with Spectacular views of San Carlos Bay. We recently completed a total redecorating of the entire condo. Updated both baths. New LR furniture, New Flooring and a New refrigerator. From the Lanai you get a Sunset every evening. We have Beach chairs, towels and beach toys in the unit. We have Fishing poles and tackle Free for guests. We now have an 8 foot Kayak and Bicycles Free for our Guests.

Our water front condo is a 2 bedroom unit with Panoramic view of San Carlos Bay. We have an Updated remodeled unit. We have a New Kitchen with Stainless Steel Appliances and Granite counter tops. The recently Remodeled Master Bedroom and Master Bath and Guest Bath. Master Bedroom includes a King size bed and a Smart HDTV. The Master Bedroom has direct access to the Lanai with Great Bay Views.The Guest Bedroom has 2 twin beds a TV and was recently been updated. We have washer/dryer in the unit. Our condo building is directly on a Private Beach.

Sanibel Harbour South Tower Condominium is located in the Marriott Sanibel Harbour Resort and Spa. A Four Star Resort located on the Inter Coastal Waterway. The Sanibel Resort has 3 Restaurants in the hotel and a Sports bar and Restaurant. The resort offers a luxurious Dinner Cruise on the 100-foot luxury Yacht, the Sanibel Harbour Princess.

Recent upgrades include a 36 inch, Digital, LCD HDTV in the living room, a 32 HDTV in the Master Bedroom and High Speed Internet with Computer desk. The Living room has a new Sleeper Sofa and Love Seat. The Living/Dinning Room carpet was been replaced with a Great all tile Floor. The bedroom carpets have been replaced with luxury vinyl planks.

For the Fisherman there is NO state fishing license required. We have Fishing poles and Fishing tackle in our unit. Also Free 2 Very Good Bicycles available Free for our guests. Bait is sold at a bait shop at the entrance of the Resort.

Beautiful sunsets

This property is centrally located with easy access to Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach. The pool and private beach are wonderful.

Fantastic condo in a fantastic location

Great base for exploring the area and fantastic views of the bay. We loved watching the Osprey, Pelicans and dolphins swimming past.

Privacy and beauty

This clean and nicely decorated condo provided a very pleasant winter vacation. The private beach is right outside the building. My friend uses a cane and so the proximity of the parking, entrance, pool and beach made our stay easier. The lanai is screened in and has a spectacular view of the water and sunsets. The owner Jim is pleasant and easy to reach.

Girls family trip

Such a beautiful clean updates Condo .had tons of beach stuff and kitchen was well stocked . Just bring your clothes . The sand beach and lounge chairs were so relaxing and beach was so clean ! Lani had breathtaking sunset views and we even got to see Manatees

Beautiful location

We enjoyed the beautiful view I had dolphins fishing right below the balcony it was an amazing find. We found it all to work well. Nice place, clean, nice amenities. Couch could use an update if you plan to use it as a sleeping bed.

Beautiful condo and beach

We had a great time at the condo and loved the private beach. The kids were able to run freely on the beach while always being in line of sight. My husband used the fishing poles to fish off the shore. We saw dolphins, iguanas, a skate/ray, and lots of fish during our stay. Check in was easy and communication with the owner was also a breeze.

Amazing

We all enjoyed our stay at your condo! It was beautiful, spacious, and a very comfortable stay. The only issue is the beach was dirty but that’s out of their control. Jim is the only person I’ve ever had call me the next day and see how everything was going. Would highly recommend

Nice Condo w/ Beautiful Sunset Views

Nice large condo. Well amended and clean. Great area. Beautiful sunsets from the screened over-sized balcony. Walking distance to the Bimini Bait Shack, one of our favorite restaurants. The pool was still under construction when we were there 1/20/24, so that was a huge disappointment, but it will be nice when its completed. There is a nice beach out front of the condo, which we loved. The water is the brown brackish color from the river that feeds into that side of the Causeway, but that didn't bother us. Would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay!

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this condo. We thought the condo was very clean, the balcony view was wonderful, and the owners were very responsive. The reason I gave 4 stars out of 5 was simply because we spent more time at Sanibel. We didn't use the beach area at this condo because we thought the water wasn't as nice for swimming. We did enjoy watching the birds dive for fish and sunsets watching from our balcony. This is a great condo if you don't mind driving to the different beaches. We did appreciate experiencing the different beaches.

Nice location, a few issues

The location is beautiful, furniture new looking and clean. The bikes are not in good repair. The master bath was not very clean and unfortunately the shower water lever was broken, to the point that we couldn’t use it. The host did help us work out a plan to change units and we appreciated his attention to our issues. The rest of our stay was lovely. We saw a few manatees in the water right in front of the condo tower.

Awesome Condo Lots of Fun!!!

My husband and two boys age 8 and 9 stayed in this condo w/me for a week. When we arrived we were very impressed by how clean the condo was. We are a bunch of clean freaks so having a super clean condo was a welcomed relief! The kitchen was stocked very well with dishes and cooking utensils, pots and pans etc. There was soap, dishwasher soap and cleaning supplies under the sink, very helpful! The appliances are newer and very nice. The washer and dryer is small but understandably being a stack-able unit in a closet, but they worked very well. The wifi worked great and the TV's had a great selection of cable channels. Jim and Jean have a lot of extras in their condo....there was a couple coolers in a closet, fishing poles a cart to wheel in the sand, a beach chair and lots of beach toys, pool noodles, swim raft.....it was great! The kids really appreciated that! We went to many different beaches, so many are nice and close, Lighthouse Beach on Sanibel Island, Ft. Myers Beach, Vanderbilt Beach in Naples and Barefoot Beach in Bonita Springs. When we stayed in we hung out by the hotel pool, it's big and clean with lots of chairs and a nice staff to wait on you. They even let us use the hotel pool towels but there are 4 beach towels provided in the condo. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were good too. The only complaint I'd have to make is that the master bedroom does not have any real room darkening curtains/shades. When the sun comes up, it's pretty light in that bedroom. The master bathroom is renovated and gorgeous, we loved the shower! The shower had a nice powerful shower head and lots of room to move around. I can't say enough nice things about this condo, Jim was very accessible and got back to us right away when we had any questions. He called a few times to check on how our stay was going too. I highly recommend this spot for a wonderful vacation the views are breathtaking and every night at sunset we saw dolphins swimming in the bay! You won't be disappointed, and we will be coming back for another stay for sure!

Jim and Jean were awesome hosts. It was very easy to communicate and he checked in a couple of times to see everything was going well. There was one issue which was promptly taken care of. Great location ! Very relaxing time !

Nice condo with great view

The condo itself was as expected and satisfactory. It has great views and is well equipped, and communication with the owner was good. We had one technical issue that was attempted to be addressed within our stay, but ultimately wasn't. The hotel next door is a plus, but be aware that the amenities beyond the restaurants require a pass to be purchased, the price of which differs based on whether or not the condo owner is a member. Great access to Sanibel and FMB. The private beach is small, but it's yours - nobody else is there. it lacks shade though. Other reviews mention vegetation on the beach. We were OK with it, but honestly you're right next door to excellent beaches, so the private beach probably shouldn't be your key criteria when booking this property

Good family vacation spot

Checking into the property was easy enough. Finding out where to get the parking pass was the only hiccup. The private beach was a little dirty with vegetation but a great spot to relax and let the kids play in the sand while momma got some sun! The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. A great place to relax and cool off. The rooms were cleaned but looking under beds and in hard to reach places revealed the cleaning service is not thorough. Overall, this was a good property to take the family for vacation.

Winter Break

Good location, nice beach and pool

It was nice to have a semi-private beach and pool there was always a place to sit and play and the public areas were very clean and well maintained. The condo itself had nicely upgraded kitchen and master bath as described, the carpeting in the two bedrooms could use replacing. The tile in the main area was very nice and the patio was a great size. Communications with the owner was good.

We are Jim and Jean Way from Chanhassen, Minnesota. We now live near by the condo in a gulf community. We still go back to Minnesota in the Summer and back to our Fort Myers the rest of the year. We like to travel, bike ride and golf. We also like to travel to Europe and Asia and other places of interest. We love Ft Myers Florida. A Great place to be year around!

Why they chose this property

We love the warm Florida Winters and decided to look for a vacation home near or on the water. We vacationed in the Ft. Myers and Sanibel Island area and decided this is the area area enjoyed the most. When we looked at the Sanibel Harbour Resort we knew we found our Water Front Paradise. After viewing the some available condos we choose our 5th floor, South Tower unit.

What makes this property unique

Our condo at the Sanibel Harbour Resort offers we feel the most Spectacular Views available anywhere. We are on a private beach directly looking over the San Carlos Bay and the Intercoastal Waterway. We can watch the never ending Boating and the Sunsets in the evenings. Our condo tower is next to the Resort Hotel. The Sanibel Harbour Resort is a 4 Star Resort which has a pool grill and bar and 3 Great Restaurants. There are also tennis courts, spa, fitness center, boating trips and a dinner cruise on the 100-ft luxury Yacht, the Sanibel Harbour Princess.
