Location ~ Location ~ Location with Forever Oceanfront Views of the Pacific Ocean and Coastal Breezes. It is a thrill for the senses. Enjoy Unobstructed Views of Humpback Whales (sometimes two at a time) Breach out of the Ocean. Rainbows are a very Common Site while Relaxing after a Coastal Rain Passes By. The interior floor plan is ideal. Centrally located in Princeville just Minutes away from Tropical Destination Beaches.

The Quiet Location on the Ocean Bluff is a huge draw. What is Unique is that this is a Top Floor Corner location set up on the Bluff with only 1 set of stairs to the front door. Plenty of Complimentary Parking and a Community BBQ Grill just outside of the condo. The Community Pool is a short stroll away with picnic tables and gas BBQ grills for Poolside Dining.
