About this property

Sea Foam Bungalow was re-established June 1, 2019. She is just two blocks to the Ocean. Windy Hill is a family favorite for down time or up time. 15 blocks of quaint cottages and second homes dot the Avenues and the Streets that crisscross through them. Barefoot Resort is just at the end of those 15 blocks. You can get there without getting on Highway 17 by way of Ocean Boulevard.

Step back in time to enjoy a newly renovated family beach bungalow (1950 retro atmosphere). "This is the little Beach Bungalow that Can" help you make family memories . One Queen and 2 twins, WiFi W/D.

Has it's own backyard with a morning, noon or night casual deck for relaxing or eating out. Fenced in backyard to help contain the family and family pet (with approved reservation). Make sure you let us know when your pets are invited on the family vacation--there is a small pet fee.

Sea Foam is only 2 blocks from beach (5 minute walk). Dunes Street is located between and 33rd and 34th Ave., S. Street dotted with similar second beach cottages and bungalows.

We provide all linens and towels (not beach). Guests are pleasantly surprised of the details of the accommodations at Sea Foam. We feel that vacation time is a time to relax and enjoy the family--make memories and good ones. A time to enjoy the outdoors, fresh air and to reconnect with family.

Side door gives access to what we call a beach entrance room with sofa, W/D, and half bath. Shower down outside this entrance and leave the wet beach towels outside to dry in beach air.

Learning to run a rental property there are always some changes to be made. While wanting to go with our mid-century modern bungalow that allows pets, keeping things fresh and updated requires attention. We hope you'll enjoy what we have in our nice quiet friendly neighborhood. We want to keep it that way.

Great location, pet friendly

Cute place with old school vibes. A few maintenance things that we let the owner know about (unfortunately a failed AC unit that didn't work our entire stay...but future guests will benefit from brand new AC when it's even hotter out!). She attempted to be very accommodating and had her son help out when we needed things. The space itself is nice with decent living area and kitchen and a fenced back yard with patio for sitting outside. I appreciated having a tea kettle, not just a coffee maker). There was easy off street parking for two cars. I loved that we could have a nice beach vacation with the dogs, great option for pet friendly VRBO. The beach was truly only a 5 min walk, public entrance super close. Great location for that.

The cottage

The place was very clean backyard perfect for our dog great location easy access to everything. The living room tv didn’t work so well had lines all through the picture could barely see screen 1 small tv in sitting area worked fine. No tv’s in bedrooms that would of been nice. Overall with the few things described it was great!

Month stay

This “bungalow” was very neat and clean. Nice quiet neighborhood with a short walk to the ocean. Only comment for improvement was the backyard which consisted of dirt and dead leaves. We stayed for a month and was well satisfied.

Cute little beach house

Cute little beach house in nice neighborhood. It was nice to have a fenced in yard for the dogs, but a little dog (escape artist like ours) might be able to get through a couple of places in the fence. The house was clean and had an adequately equipped kitchen. Would definitely stay there again!!

A SC native that loves the vacation places from the beach to the mountains. We have a rental called Stardust in Lake Lure (2017) and now Sea Foam at North Myrtle Beach (2019).

Our family are all realtors and love investing in fun places to make family fun and memories.

We have a 1980s 3 bedroom 3 bath (Stardust at 145 White Pine Dr.) in Lake Lure, NC. At Rumbling Bald Resort (2 golf courses, restaurants, boating and so much more. Always looking to invest in tourist destinations with properties that can take the family back to the way it use to be!

Bought this little property to flip but fell in love with it's charm of a 1950s bungalow restored it and re-established it 6-01-2019. Hope you'll love it too!
