At the heart of the home is the bright, open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The contemporary kitchen is well equipped for self-catering and features a generous breakfast bar, making it easy to prepare meals while still being part of the conversation.

RATES & IMPORTANT INFORMATION

-Rates are a guide only and are subject to change based on seasonality, demand and availability locked in place once booking is confirmed.

-Special events and the Christmas/New Year period may attract higher nightly rates and minimum-stay requirements.

-The total accommodation price includes a pre-arrival inspection, house linen, towels, a standard departure clean and applicable taxes.

-Stays of 7 nights or longer may require a mid-stay clean and linen change at an additional charge.

-Rates are based on a maximum occupancy of 6 guests.

-The main booker must be 25+ years of age, with proof of ID provided



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire apartment during their stay, including all three bedrooms, two bathrooms, open-plan kitchen and living area, private deck and dedicated laundry nook.

There are two off-street parking spaces available for guest use. One of the real advantages of Diamond View Retreat is its single-level layout, with no internal stairs to navigate once inside the apartment.

Diamond View Retreat is positioned to make the most of Queenstown’s remarkable alpine surroundings while providing a comfortable base away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre.

You’ll be well placed for exploring everything the region is known for — from skiing and mountain biking to hiking, wineries, restaurants, adventure activities and days spent simply enjoying the scenery.

Queenstown Airport, Frankton's shopping and amenities, and central Queenstown are all easily accessible from the property.



Getting Around:

Having a vehicle is a convenient way to explore Queenstown and the wider region, particularly if you're planning trips to the ski fields, Arrowtown, Gibbston or further afield. The property provides two off-street parking spaces.

Queenstown also has a local public bus network, along with taxis and rideshare services for getting around without a car.

As with many Queenstown locations, walking routes can include hills, so we recommend checking your route and distance if you plan to explore primarily on foot.



Other Things to Note:

Maximum occupancy is 6 guests.

Bedroom 2 can be configured as either a King or 2 Singles when requested in advance.

Bedroom 3 has 2 Single beds and cannot be converted into a King.

The apartment is single level with no internal stairs.

Two off-street parking spaces are provided.

The home has a dedicated laundry nook with laundry tub, washing machine and clothes dryer.

The elevated outlook includes views towards Queenstown Airport, so guests may see and hear aircraft arriving and departing during operating hours.

Queenstown is an alpine environment and conditions can change quickly, particularly during winter. If travelling to ski fields or across alpine roads, please check road conditions before setting out.
