Contemporary, four-level apartment in a spectacular location on Queenstown Hill. Blink and you’ll almost feel like you’re in the Austrian alps, a-la The Sound of Music!

ACCOMMODATION DETAILS:
With postcard perfect views through generous glass windows and from the balcony, this property is the perfect base for diving into all that Queenstown has to offer. Lookout Point’s open plan living and dining area is the perfect spot for admiring the view. A contemporary, stainless kitchen with blonde-wood finish completes the scene. The middle level features a double bedroom, the main bathroom and laundry. The master bedroom with ensuite bathroom is nestled on the basement level.

Lookout Point has the most spectacular view from the balcony. It’s the perfect spot for a morning coffee or an evening pinot noir. Unwind with a movie night on the flat screen or jump on the WIFI and upload that mountain shot that will have your friends wishing they were here. Bringing your car? There is off street parking available at the property.

The information requested from the guest is to enable Goodstays Ltd to assess the guest’s request to rent the property. The guest does not have to supply this information, but if the guest does not, then Goodstays is unable to rent the property out. The guest acknowledges that Goodstays will collect, hold and use the guest’s personal information for purposes related to the renting of the property and the provision of related customer services, including direct marketing and assessing customer satisfaction with products and services provided by Goodstays. The Goodstays’ Guest Services department is available via phone or email throughout your stay, 8am - 10pm, 7 days a week, with a 24-hour emergency line.

The apartment’s hillside position means it’s a downhill, 20-minute walk to downtown or short cab ride (or brisk uphill walk depending on your activity levels) Plenty of off-street parking for those with a vehicle.

There is off street parking at the property plus Uber, taxi and bus options in and around Queenstown.

- For reservations that are outside of 14 days to arrival will only require a 25% non-refundable deposit. The balance is then due 14 days prior to arrival.

Magical view and good location.
A comfortable spot with a gorgeous view from the balcony. Plenty of space to cook and eat together. The rooms and bathrooms are cozy and clean. A note on accessibility - all rooms require use of stairs. It is easy to get into town and the activities around the Queenstown area.

Great location and layout but disappointing
The view was amazing and the layout was very convenient for a large group of people but unfortunately the hot water system only had capacity for 3-4 standard showers (approx. 5 mins each) which is rather disappointing considering it is advertised as a 6 person property. When we contacted the property manager, we were greeted by a rather unfriendly and unhelpful lady who said this was normal and we just had to wait for it to come back. She later called back and apologised, explaining that this was the first time she had received such a comment and that it shouldn’t be happening. But unfortunately we continued to have this issue for the rest of our stay which was inconvenient after a long day of skiing, especially when you have 3 girls that need to wash their hair. The heater in the middle room was also faulty which was disappointing and there was a significant amount of black mould on the carpet in the top room. I understand that this is hard to avoid in such a damp environment being near the door but this is very unsanitary. There is also a large amount of mould on the seal around the shower, as well as a thick layer of dust around the skirting tiles which makes me wonder how well the property has been cleaned.

Lovely stay
A great property for a group. We were all able to enjoy some privacy but also enjoyed the social space. The booking fee and process was a little confusing but overall we had a great stay.

Very clean, good location, excellent views
We were very pleased with this property, we had great email communication from start of booking to the finish if our stay, these were regarding all what was expected from us during our stat and also information of things to do around queenstown . Had problem with internet but was sorted out promptly. Would definitely recommend this property.
