This is the 4th time we've booked a weekend stay at one of Randy & Jerry Lynn's condos. We came to Virginia Beach for the annual Boardwalk Art Show. As usual, The condo location and amenities were perfect! The condo was spotless. We enjoyed the oceanfront view from the balcony. Drinks at Tulu's and dinners at Eat & Orions were a short walk away and were also 5 star! Can't wait until next year!

Nice little studio on Virginia Beach. Nice location close to everything. Host Randy was very good communicating and keeping me informed with all updates. Studio was clean and well supplied. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great location to the beach, right at the end of the boardwalk. From your room you can be on the sand in 2 mins! The host was great with communication. The pool area was clean and so was the pool.

Studio was as described, clean and hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with. Location was the best feature, as its steps away from the boardwalk, and the beach. The balcony view is great. The pool was a foot and a half low and appeared not recently filtered upon arrival but the hosts contacted management and it was perfect by the next morning and for the duration of the trip. The kitchenette was great to have on hand. The actual bed was very comfortable. Areas for improvement could be : the older futon sofa/pull out bed has a significant gap between the 2 cushions that make up the bed, largest cushion was not level with the floor, but for a couple (who doesn’t need to use the futon as a bed), it doesn’t matter as the futon is fine for sitting/relaxing on. A dish drying rack would have been helpful, since there’s no dishwasher and the counter space is minimal. Overall had a great experience and would recommend.

Wonderful place to stay, right on the beach and a nice pool. Everything was very clean and the owners responded extremely quick. They gave us the option to check in a few hours early, and gave recommendations on places to eat and things to do. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay

We had a great time on beach, riding bikes, and just hanging out in the studio. Great view at the end of the boardwalk. The weather was perfect really enjoyed our stay.
