We loved our stay here. The host was so kind and always responsive whenever we had anything come up. It's a beautiful place with lots of charm.

Misled
If you're looking for the place that's in the pictures, it's definitely not this place. It looks like a big place but thats because the owners also stay their on the 1st floor. It's very old and dingy. The rooms are much smaller than they appear, and bugs appear everywhere in the apartment. The AC was extremely loud which woke us up several times during the night, scared and the AC barricaded most of the windows. The walls in the kitchen look like they're marble, but it was just a poster taped to the actual wall. Just wish we got what we thought we were getting and paid for!

Amna, thanks for sharing your feedback. We wish you had let us know about the air conditioning in the four days you stayed, we're always here to assist and could've provided a new AC unit right away. We also spray monthly for bugs. The aesthetic of our home is Victorian, just as pictured on our listing, but I'm sorry to hear that wasn't a good fit for what you were looking for. Thanks again for staying with us and providing your feedback!

Not Here
This is a very old Victorian style house. It has noisy steam heat; barely working locks (some don't work at all), and sketchy electrical. We booked 2br/2ba, which got us the 2nd and 3rd floors (host lives on the 1st floor). Furnishings are old; kitchens are functional, but that's it. Water pressure was VERY low.
The host is an extremely nice guy. He owns a small restaurant nearby that serves really delicious food and AWESOME shakes.
The ad says that "off street parking is available". That's not really true. The street is usually parked up. The house has a driveway, but backing out off it requires a spotter. But we were directed to park in the lot of the school across the street (posted "school parking only").
Hopefully the host will upgrade some things, and this quaint old house will be a more inviting place to stay, but not for us.
