We have just completed an extensive renovation to this condo. The pictures do not represent the renovation yet, to follow. All new tile flooring throughout, freshly painted, All new modern kitchen cabinets and pantry, bathroom vanities with granite counter tops. New refrigerator, dish washer, washer & dryer with the steam feature. All new mattresses & bedding, 55" smart TV in living room & 32" TV's in Master & VIP bedrooms. We own the condos on both sides of this one 8101 & 8103, VRBO #'s 1116567 & 1947831 check them out if this unit is booked. 8101 just came on line with VRBO, 8102 & 8103 are 5 STAR rated. A 24' Fixed dock is available for $5.00 per day for the term of the lease. Go to www.tpch.com for info on the Resort.

Why they chose this property
Location, Location, Location. The Preserve at Charlotte Harbor is less than 1/8 of a mile from the 41 bridge into Punta Gorda to the south to a 15 minute ride to the Malls at the crossroads of 41 & 776 to the north and all the shops in between on 41.
What makes this property unique
We choose the Preserve at Charlotte Harbor for many reasons. Location, pool area, under building parking, friendliness of the owners & renters, but the number one reason is that this is largest 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath condo with up to over 1750S/F.
