Location was perfection! The sheets on the beds kept coming off and didn’t fit properly. It was quite the chore to put those fitted sheets on and have them pop back off so quickly. Came into the place with a few dirty dishes. One cooking utensil that had leftover food on it. Also, getting hot water out of the kitchen sink was hit and miss. It felt a little unsanitary. We loved that there was plenty of beds and bedding for everyone. TVs for everyone and very nice bathrooms. The living room furniture was comfortable too. Overall we had a great stay!

This low rating is based entirely on the unsafe and uncomfortable physical condition of the property. There was visible mold throughout the condo, specifically in the bathroom, inside the vents, and surrounding the windows. Because the mold was actively in the ventilation system, it severely impacted the air quality. Multiple people in our party experienced immediate health symptoms and discomfort during the stay. Additionally, the mattresses are worn out and completely lack support; they need to be replaced. This property requires professional mold remediation and new bedding before it is suitable for future guests.

We could not have been any closer to the pool, we loved that. This resort is extremely close to Epic, and very close to the other Universal parks and Citywalk. The host quickly responded and met things we requested, very accommodating. We loved easy access to the resort and plenty of parking close to this unit. Check-in was quick and simple. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend this property, especially if you’re in town to visit Universal Studios - maybe a 10 minute drive at most. Very clean, comfortable beds, has everything you need (aside from wash cloths). Conveniently located near stores, gas station, etc. quiet, clean neighborhood. Very nice community pool. Beautiful walking trail by the lake. We had one very minor issue and the host was incredibly quick to correct the issue. Great stay! Zero complaints.
